The hotel room is small but everything is very clean, the toilet has a heater and automatic spray. The hotel location is very central, walking distance to Ximending night market and Taipei Main Station

location is very good and front desk people are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is that WiFi is kind of unstable but they offered us a personal WiFi box right away. Overall it is a good place to stay and we will come back in the future.

Small rooms but very comfy and aircon worked great. Shower with lots of hot water, great pressure and lots of space. Location was great. 6 min walk to main Taipei Stn if u exit right exits. Otherwise u walking outside like 12-13 min in humid hot weather. We made that mistake once! The only bad thing we experienced was the wifii wasn’t the best. Kept going up & down at night when we were using every night. Close to big mall, lots coffee and snacks around the corner.

Located close to Taipei Main station and within walking distance to Ximending. Room was smaller than expected even compared to stays in neighbouring countries. There isn't a real desk so don't expect to be able to do any real remote work. Water temperature is inconsistent. Air conditioner didn't function properly despite the rest of the building getting ample coolness yet my room felt like a sauna by comparison. If you only plan on staying here to sleep then this place would work for you.

We booked this hotel for our 21-hr layover in Taipei. Location is fantastic, 8-10 min walk from Taipei Main Station and it's right beside a Snoopy-themed 7/11 that's open 24 hours. We booked the windowless room, but it's not completely windowless, it's just facing the next building, so we still got "some" natural light in the morning. The room is very compact but well laid out. No storage other than a hanging rail, but it's fine for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, the water pressure from the shower was great and they provided Malin+Goetz shampoo & shower gel, which was a nice touch. Check-in was easy even at 11pm. We left our carry-on upon check-out so we could explore the city a bit more before heading to the airport. Overall, a great stay!

Its close to Main Station so airport mrt and hsr south are easy. Being so close its in a remarkably quiet and safe side street. As Relax II is across road watch out for big R neon on III. Comfortable room and superb shower.

Hotel was very clean and friendly. We arrived early and they held our luggage for us so we could explore. Location was close to the main station and walkable to the night market. Room was nice and spacious. We appreciated the nice amenities including water, snacks, and slippers.

The room I stayed is on the 9th floor, small but good for one person. It is very clean, has more than sufficient hardware for the stay. The staff is kind, patient, very helpful for providing information for me as the first time visitor. The location is close to the main station (5 minutes walk) , and to the red subway station (5 minutes walk), it is very convenient to use the public transportation to most of the places you want to visit, also it is close to two night markets, where you can enjoy all delicious food you ever imagining.
