The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and in a very good location to main station and night markets.

Lack of proper wardrobe ( hanging above pantry not really useful nor sufficient). Towel rack damaged & slanted, towels at risk of sliding off). Room poorly lit. Bedding quite noisy.

Fair location and very quiet room with a nice bed and soft pillow. The room is extremely small so two people on luggage is a little bit challenging. Other than that, the staff was friendly, and the place is fine for a couple of nights.

I loved my stay at Hotel Relax III! It was conveniently located, close to Main Station and Ximen, the room was very clean and comfortable. The reception opening hours - 24/7 - can accommodate late arrivals and early leavers. Very impressed!!! 👍🙏
