Randomly chose this hotel for my 5 days solo trip in Phuket, spent $53 per night for Sea View room, I can say it worth every penny, the room very spacious, clean, homy, comfy, and the most important thing it has zero haunted horror vibes, so if you are travelling alone, you dont have to worry about something like that 😆 sorry didnt take much photos of the hotel

The hotel is so nice. Have a beautiful view. I've tried the spa and massage as well and it was so great. Have a lot of restaurants and bars near the hotel. I will come again to the hotel.

Great view! Great room, a bit far to walk for old or disabled in my section (stairs). Kitchen could use a fresh breath, and by that I mean upgrade of food and choice.

Booked a stay from 9th May - 15th May but decided to check out on 13th May and move to another hotel as I didn’t want to further spoil my birthday week. Upon checking in , the staff wasn’t of the friendliest , no smile no nothing . However , it was a little better when we were taking the buggy that brought us to the resort block . The buggy staff were super friendly and smiley, even helped us to bring our luggage all the way to the room and just did a simple check on the room for us. Wifi wasn’t working the whole time I was here. I went to the reception twice . But nothing was fixed all they did was giving me different username but all didn’t work so I have to use my data roaming the whole trip. We were told to press “0” on the room telephone for room amenities and Reception service . However we waited over the call for more than 5 minutes and nobody picked up. Not sure what’s the point of asking us to dial a number if nobody is gonna answer . Tv wasn’t working as well as the aircon which broke down halfway during the night . Toilet flush only work 2-3 times before it couldn’t flush. Need to go down the reception twice to ask for assistance but there’s a new trainee who was very efficient and told us she will get the maintanuce crew to get it fixed . But after they fix , the problem will be back after awhile . Room looks different from the listing. Looks very run down now with broken furniture (broken drawer handles etc) and mouldy wall. My room is not near the reception, imagine having to walk down the steep slope and back up and nothing was done on the issues. (Because nobody is answering the call thus needed to walk down to main reception) There’s a 7-11 on the right side of the resort but you have to walk down a steep slope . You can also rent motorbike at the left side of the reception as well as activity booking . Overall, super bad experience . Will not recommend this place.

1 trải nghiệm ko thể tồi tệ hơn..Check in đợi hơn1 tiếng đồng hồ mới nhận phòng trong khi 5-6 nhân viên đứng xung quanh, Ks lưu trú ko khác gì làm tiền khách hàng,chai nước suối cũng phải mua,nhân viên lái xe cũng yêu cầu tip,nhân viên lễ tân cũng làm khó,đòi hỏi đủ thứ.. ..đường đi thì xa,tận 3 tầng nhưng cũng chẳng có thang máy,lối vào phòng thì bẩn nv ko quét dọn gì luôn,.Phòng thì nức,bể,cũ,hư hại đủ thứ vv Với giá thành này thì bạn có muôn vàn sự lựa chọn ngoài kia mà đỡ thất vọng và rước thêm bực vào thân.. Mình nghĩ 1 lần và duy nhất mình rút kinh nghiệm và k bao giờ trở lại nơi đây..

Tôi có trải nghiệm cực tệ tại đây, nhân viên hỗ trợ cực kì hời hợt, tôi nhận một căn phòng ngay lúc vào đã hỏng khoá cửa không thể mở, tiếp đến là không thể kết nối wifi dù nhân viên đã thử nhiều lần, và điều kinh khủng hơn là 2 đêm liên tiếp điều hoà phòng tôi hỏng và nó rò rỉ nước, trong khi đó tôi không hề nhận được một lời xin lỗi

โรงแรมดูเก่าพื้นที่ตึกไม่สะอาดทางเดินหน้าห้องไม่สะอาด ไม่มีรองเท้าใส่ในห้อง วิวทะเลยสวย รถรับ-ส่งบริการดี มาเร็ว อาหารเช้าไม่หลากหลาย พื้นห้องอาหารไม่สะอาด พนักงานบริการดี

Insects every where in the room The room up the hill need car to go out and in at least 5 min for one ride The toilet seat is not clean and bath tub need to be replaced The bed as you can see on the picture My skin now is very burning, this resort should be closed immediately The general look of the facilities of the resort looks horrible dark marks everywhere and damaged cracks I need what I paid for the resort I’m really feel sorry what I experience I didn’t use the room at all

Tôi có ở 2 đêm tại đây với giá khoảng 2 triệu /1 đêm . Ngày đầy tiên đến check in và khu ở là 1 chỗ xa mặt biển. Mỗi lần xuống đi đâu đó phải chờ xe đón khá lâu hoặc đi bộ. Ngày thứ 2 tôi có mất 1 chiếc hộp kính dior trong đó có 1 chiếc kính, 1 thẻ visa , chứng minh nhân dân và nhiều thẻ khác trong hộp đó. Có báo nhân viên khách sạn hỏi nhưng báo là không có . Đến tối trước ngày hôm sau check out tôi đã báo giờ check out để nhân viên lên lấy hành lý giúp. Sáng hôm sau 11h check out tôi đã alo để người lên lấy hành lý dùm vì tôi có 4 vali và chưa kể khu ở nằm loằng ngoằng phía trong và phải leo thang cuốn và thang bộ. Nhưng chờ mãi không có nhân viên nào tôi phải vác 4 chiếc vali ra đường đứng chờ. Chờ 30 phút mới có xe tuktuk của khách sạn chở xuống sảnh để check out . Giá phòng khá cao nhưng không có ăn sáng . Tôi cảm thấy tệ khi ở đây

Not recommended to people with more than 60 years old and kids under 5 YO. I got room in a building where the renovation works are still ongoing. The building wascdusty with misty smell. Always need shuttle car to go to lobby, but not easy to call the staff. Complaints were not followed up well.

ห้องและวิวแย่มากเหมือนมุมอับควรเป็นห้องเก็บของมากกว่าให้พักเสียงรถขนของดังตลอดพนักงานพูดคุนเสียงดังมากนอกห้อง

Location was good but room cleanness is very bad they try to scape from cleaning room every day, avoid changing bedsheets, Breakfast is not good Indian option is super pathetic.

Khách sạn rất cũ , nội thất này nọ không được sạch sẽ , quầy tiếp tân check in phòng chậm , sảnh không có máy lạnh khi đứng đợi check in 30p hơn …

พนักงานล็อปบี้บริการไม่ค่อยสุภาพ ทำสีหน้าไม่พอใจ ไม่อธิบายให้ชัดเจน
