非常好，酒店面積很大，由其是泳池，適合任何人士，房間整潔寬敞，自助早餐也可以，有機會會 encore

The resort is great with sufficient entertainment facilities, you can spend whole day inside the resort including staying half day on the beach. However, the sunbed on the beach are separated from the hotel, you need to pay for the sunbed. The massage in the resort is good and the price is reasonable. Thank for so much for the free upgrade for our wedding anniversary trip. Transportation is quite expensive. The room wifi is unstable. The restaurants outside the hotel are good. The neighborhood is quiet, the staff are helpful. We enjoy the stay very much.

very nice swimming pool!

Breakfast was ok apart from having the same dishes every day, need to mix it up a bit more, especially with the nice satay food which they only served once while we were there. My room was large and clean, but a bit dated. Staff were relatively friendly and pool access room (garden view) was lovely.

We had a great stay as a family of 3… the rooms are large and clean, Lovley helpful staff and the buffet breakfast is great ( it has cereals fruit and yoghurt, French toast and pancakes and plenty of bread options, an egg station sausages and bacon ect, soup station, kids station and a rotational international menu with different county food each day, tea coffee juice ect) The hotel is family friendly with an outdoor play area and indoor ball pit for the young ones, pool table, kids club area and Lovley large pools with toddler zones. We enjoyed our stay and will 100% go back

Breakfast was very good but a little bit expensive. The hotel is good for families with kids and people that want to relax. It is quiet and located in a good area. Just one staff in the lobby area was kind of rude when I asked her about something I didn’t know.

Rekommenderas inte för barnfamiljer!!! Majoriteten av hotellet behöver total renoveras. Rummen som tillhörde en högre kategori har renoverats och var vad vi kunde se fräschare. Poolen var under all kritik, flertalet klinkers/kakelplattor var skadade/saknades. Barnen skrapade upp både knän och fötter. Ena polen närmast stranden var översvämmad och avrinningssystemet fungerade ej och samlade massor av smuts, låt en hinna med smuts vilket kunde ses tydligt. Dottern fick dessutom utslag på kroppen vid två tillfällen och vi misstänkte att pH värdet var för högt i poolen och vi efterfrågade test av poolens vatten. Aktiviteter och lekområde för barnen var bra och vänlig personal. Restaurangen närmast stranden fräsch och nyrenoverad. Närmast stranden fanns också ett fräscht café.

Clean room, friendly staff, loved the quiet vibe

Very nice room with pool view and two double beds. Perfect when travelling with small kids and the hotel has elevator! The pool area is great with various options and the beach is really nice too (but busy!).

If you don't like cigarette smoke this is not the place for you. People are smoking all around the pools and public spaces. Rooms were clean but nothing special. Food okay. Access to the beach is very nice! Probably wouldn't recommend this place based on the public smoking. They should have a designated smoking space near the street so other guests don't suffer.

Andra gången vi bor på samma hotell. Bra läge, fina rum och trevlig personal. Har bokat mitt tredje besök redan.

Everything was good. The pool was in very bad condision. The quality of the looks of the pool dont match the surroundings.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and you'll notice as soon you enter the lobby. There were multiple pools and amenities to relax around. The breakfast buffet had an abundance of options and I like how the options rotate daily. We took a day in Phuket just to enjoy the hotels and shops nearby. The gym and the free workout classes were both great pluses.

Good hotel and overall experience but room cleaning little lazy. Doesn’t change sheets at all unless you go to the info and ask specifically for that. Breakfast super good and lots of different options. Odd rule was that you can’t bring your own food to the hotel room but they didn’t complain if we had stuff from 7/11 there.

Internet hidas onneksi oli oma ostettu liittymä. Lakanat vaihdetaan ainoastaan pyynnöstä huoneessa ei ole vaihda lakanat lätkää. Huoneen lukkoa ei korjattu vaikka pyydettiin monta kertaa. Aamupalan laatu Max 3 tähden hotellin tasoa. Henkilökunta on jostain syystä tosi väsyneitä. Sijainti hyvä ranta hyvä altaan isot. Allashuone puutarhanäköalalla hyvä. Ilmastointi surkea. Hotelli kieltää ulkopuoliset ruuat mutta sallii ne jos valittaa. Hotellia remontoidaan siitä ei etukäteistietoa eikä hyvitystä. Suurin ongelma että oven lukko ei toimi kunnolla ole tarkkana jos sinulla on huone 4104 he eivät korjaa sitä vaikka kuinka pyytäisit.
