阿瓦隆海灘度假村

Very nice hotel in a quiet part of Jomtien. A good and varied selection for breakfast, with literally any food you could think of within walking distance. The only thing that I could complain about is that they are currently refreshing some of the rooms and there can be a smell of varnish outside your hotel room.

No one beats thai people. They are clean, polite and hospitable

プールアクセスの部屋を利用しましたが、部屋専用の小さな庭とチェアがあり、ここから経由してすぐにプールがあります。 客室や共用施設の清掃状況は今ひとつでした。 朝食はタイカレーが本格的でした。 立地は海沿いで、ジョムテインのバスターミナルまで徒歩10分くらい。当日はマラソンの交通規制でタクシーが利用しずらい状況でしたが、バスターミナルまで歩いて移動ができました。

We stayed at the Avalon and it looked nice in the photos but when we arrived it was tired and old and doors and lights were dusty and hallway carpets stained. Bathrooms were also mouldy in places and could do with a deep clean. I also got food poisoning from the satay chicken at the hotel but staff didn't understand I was really ill for 3/4 days.

Très bon accueil. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et propre. Grande piscine très agréable. (La piscine a besoin de travaux au niveau des joints et des carreaux de faïence qui se decollent). En front de mer. Petit déjeuner buffet avec du choix.

Hotel is getting a bit tired. The shower in the bath facility is not good. A separate walk in shower would be good.

Hotel is een beetje vergane glorie. In heel Thailand nog nooit zo'n ongeïnteresseerd en passief personeel meegemaakt. De kamer die wij geboekt hadden maakte veel goed, alhoewel ook hier een en ander aan renovatie toe was. Deuren die niet sluiten, uit de kast vallende planken en een likje verf zou ook niet misstaan. Gezelligheid is hier niet te vinden. Locatie daarentegen perfect. En daar gaat het eigenlijk ook om.

Hotelli aivan rannassa vain kadun yli. Aamiainen monipuolinen ja sisältyi huoneen hintaan. Suosittelen ensimmäisen kerroksen huoneita, joista suora yhteys altaaseen. Hotellin ravintola edullinen ja monipuolinen ruokalista.

I’ve stayed here many times. They seem to be cutting back on things like no wash cloths.

I will honestly say I don’t think I would stay here at this property again. For the following reasons. - There was no hot water was only warm and the water pressure was variable no matter what time of day. - The air conditioning unit was very loud and sounded like a jet. So loud that you would almost have to yell to have a conversation. - The room smelled moldy and musty. - The entire hotel decor in rooms & common areas is very old needs updated / remodeled and reminds me of 1970’s Iraq / Middle East palace feel. - The beds are very hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. - We did bring issues to management due to mold smell & AC noise in room 228. They moved us to 229. But had same issues. - Breakfast was sub par, coffee machine was Luke warm, orange juice was powder orange food coloring. Even the omelette station was under cooked & was not hot. Non of the food was hot. Even the pastry’s were stale and not fresh. - I ordered margaritas and pepperoni pizza one evening, sat out at the bar by the street watching the sunset. The margaritas were extremely small in a very small child like sippy cup. I ask for crispy pizza still came out under cooked. - Wood decking around pool has holes and rotten wood so watch your step as you walk around, hope not to get wood splinters in your feet. Over all very clean, safe, convenient over across the street to the beach convenient to entertainment. But it’s kind of a hike walk to any bakeries or coffee shops. Staff very nice & polite

This was second time staying at this hotel. The location is great and the staff wonderful. I find that the bed is a bit off from what I am use to at home but it was clean and did it’s job.

Property staff are delightful and very helpful. Location is great, right across from beach and in the center of Jomtien Beach activities.
