stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the view is very impressive when I walked into the front desk. However, I think the room needs some regular maintenance. Shuttle bus only offer one way with limited services. It would be great if they can offer return.

This is my second time staying. The hotel is still good. Relax and quiet with good swimming pools. However, I think they reduced the frequency of free transport to Patong beach so you need to plan ahead your time. Taxi/grab would cost around 300 Thai for a 5 minute ride.

員工十分友善, 由於住在泳池邊, 可以一出房就到達泳池. 酒店風格是地中海式, 女員工的前台工作都是帶希臘女神的衣著. 地點優靜, 美麗, 舒適, 雖然酒店在山上, 但有較多班次的免費車到達芭東的購物點, 所以都不會感到太方便. 而由酒店去自由海灘大約20分鐘可步行到達( 但一定要穿上運動鞋前往, 因為是近似郊野公園的路). 水溫有充足的熱水, 水壓都十分好. 這是一家可以放鬆的酒店, 如再去布吉, 我都會再次選上這家的.

A little disappointed because the front desk service is not efficient. My check in time was at 2:00 pm but the room was only ready at 3:30 pm. Also, the drainage in the toilet had a bad odour. However, the food in their restaurant is delicious and the staff in charge of keeping luggage were really nice and polite.

一個完全遠離塵囂的地方!如果要安靜休息又可以看到山景和海景夕陽的好地方, 就是這兒了!接駁車到百貨商場也很方便, spa很有品質,推薦~~

The traffic at this hotel is very very very not convenient. It is far away from city. Although hotel offer free shuttle bus to city, the shuttle bus book full, you have to pay 300THB taxi fee. But the distance from hotel to city is only 2-3 km, you have to pay up to 300THB. It doesn’t make any sense. There is not any convenient store near hotel. Overall I am disappointed at hotel experience.

Shuttle bus service is awesome, it is convenient for connecting the downtown. 3 swimming pools are small, and there were many little objects in the water. The overall performance of Avista is good.

The resort is a very pleasant place to stay if you want to hide away from the noises outside and have a relaxing holiday. The pool views are excellent and we enjoyed looking at the sunset by the pool. Most of the staff are very friendly and offered great help. It would be even better to have more frequent shuttle bus services since the taxi fares in Phuket are high and the hotel is located in quite a remote area.
