- Really beautiful hotel. - Wonderful welcome drinks. - Amazing room with mini jacuzzi besides swimming pool. - Great Spa service. - Great breakfast spread with Halal section. - Have funicular (Tram) which is unique to go to the Bird's nest area for afternoon tea. - Friendly and accommodating staffs. - Highly recommended!

We stayed here for four nights and our only disappointment was having to leave.It was exceptional from start to finish it's run to perfection. The whole team are just wonderful.Phoom looked after us and was a stand out.Pop the General manager came around at breakfast and introduced herself to all guests very hands on which was lovely to see.The breakfast is exceptional wow wow wow they have everything.Our room was beautiful what a view of the ocean.The complimentary sound healing and Pilates classes were fantastic.The whole resort is just so beautiful. We love the Banyan tree brand having stayed at the Koh Samui one a few years ago they're the best.We will for sure return to this amazing hotel.

It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. Housekeeping has been doing a wonderful job as well. The view from our room is second to none. We will be back soon 😊

- Swimming pool renovation from 7:00 pm on 16 August, 2025 until 7:00 am on 4 October, 2025 during the renovation period, the hotel will provide complimentary experiences for our guests including a daily half-day marine excursion to Hong Island and a daily half-day kayaking trip to Klong Root. Subject to weather conditions.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and beautiful. They said the food at the buffet is halal, but the restaurant still serves pork and alcohol. The only thing that was disappointing was the hi tea at the bird’s nest, the food came out cold and took very long. But our stay at the resort itself was fantastic!
