My 2nd stay in Centara Grand. Was here last year and delighted with the stay, so when my parents wanted to have a vacation in Bangkok, I had no hesitation in booking a stay here again. My 1st choice of hotel in Bangkok, excellent location, service, and room condition. Will be back again when I plan my next visit!

Thanks for all at Centara Grand at Central World during our Christmas Trip in 2024. All the staff there are nice, friendly and helpful including those at the restaurant ay 54/F serving us welcome drink. This is the hotel I stayed for few times whenever I visited to Bangkok. Big surprise to us is their room decoration for the celebration of our wedding anniversary. It is actually that I rate very high on Centara brand hotels no matter I stay in Bangkok or Pattaya. Thanks again and the brand "Centara" is the hotel of our choice.

Very convenient location. We can reach the Central World shopping mall (which is right next to the hotel) via the lifts and indoor passage. From Central World, we can access the Siam Paragon shopping complex via the footbridge. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious. If you are a chocolate lover, the tea set "Chocolate Tree" at the Tea & Tipple lounge is a must-try (this tea set is also available at the Cocoa XO bar), though the hot chocolate from the lounge is just ordinary. The handcrafted chocolates at the Cocoa XO bar are also worth trying. In short, I recommend the Centara Grand without reservation.
