The condo is old but clean. The lady who does not speak any English is very friendly and helpful. I think the owner of the apartments should change the door of those apartments or at least change the lock. It will make the customer feel safer when they are staying there. The current doors and locks are very old and not fully functional and safe.

แอร์เย็นดีมาก มีจาน กระติกน้ำร้อน ตู้เย็น กระติกน้ำ สบู่ ผ้าขนหนู ทิชชูให้ ในห้องมีตู้เสื้อผ้าพร้อมไม้แขวนด้วย ปลั๊กอยู่ไกลที่นอนไปหน่อย ห้องน้ำสะอาดดี เสียดายตรงที่วินมอไซค์เดินไปไกลหน่อย

Phòng sạch sẽ thoải mái, không có bàn là và máy sấy nên cần mang theo từ trước. Nước uống trong phòng miễn phí. Thân thiện từ bảo vệ tới cô chủ. Tuy nhiên ko biết tiếng anh nên ai cần gì có thể dùng google dịch hoặc nhờ bạn bè biết tiếng thái dịch sẵn. Mình trả phòng nhưng gửi hành lý để đi chơi tới tận 10h cô chủ vẫn rất niềm nở trông hộ. Đến nơi khi nhận chìa khóa thì đưa cô 200bath để đặt cọc rồi khi nào check out thì lấy lại. Mọi thứ đều ok. Có dịp cần ra chaengwattana sẽ lại ở nữa ^0^ vì ngay đầu ngõ là 7/11 và đi thêm 1 đoạn có mini big C nên ăn uống tiện lợi.

ห้องเก่าปะปนกับผู้เช่ารายเดือน สำหรับการพักอยู่หลายวันแม่บ้านไม่ได้มาทำความสะอาดทุกวัน (อาจต้องร้องขอเอง) แต่ข้อดีคือมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกให้เยอะเมื่อเทียบกับราคา

Phòng đẹp và sạch sẽ hơn mong đợi. Đầy đủ các tiện nghi như thông báo. Chủ khách sạn rất thân thiện và tốt bụng nhưng không biết t.Anh nên giao tiếp hơi khó khăn. khách sạn gần 7 Eleven và Big C Extra, rất tiện để đi mua sắm.

Location is very close to the main road, has a seven eleven right beside the building, got a mall and hospital within walking distance, Perfect for backpacking. The room is very neat, got hot shower as well. Great experience for me. Language is always a downside in Thailand. I have to utilize google translate to have a decent conversation when checking-in. But the owner is very nice.
