The condo is old but clean. The lady who does not speak any English is very friendly and helpful. I think the owner of the apartments should change the door of those apartments or at least change the lock. It will make the customer feel safer when they are staying there. The current doors and locks are very old and not fully functional and safe.

Very good air conditioner, with a dish, hot water bottle, fridge, water bottle, soap, tissue towel in the room with closet with hanger as well. The plug is far away from the mattress. The bathroom is clean. Regrettably, at the end of the road, it's a bit far away.

Clean, comfortable room, no table and dryer should be brought before. Complimentary drinking water in room. Friendly from the guard to the boss. However, you do not know English so anyone need anything you can use google translate or ask your friends to translate the language available. Check out but leave luggage to go to 10h her boss is still very happy to look after. Arrive when receiving the key, then take her 200bath to deposit and when to check out then get back. Everything is ok. There is a chance to leave chaengwattana again ^ 0 ^ because the first lane is 7/11 and go one more mini mini C should eat conveniently.

Rooms are more beautiful and clean than expected. Full facilities such as notice. The owner of the hotel is friendly and kind, but I do not know if he should communicate a bit. The hotel is near 7 Eleven and Big C Extra, very convenient for shopping.

Location is very close to the main road, has a seven eleven right beside the building, got a mall and hospital within walking distance, Perfect for backpacking. The room is very neat, got hot shower as well. Great experience for me. Language is always a downside in Thailand. I have to utilize google translate to have a decent conversation when checking-in. But the owner is very nice.
