Overall experience is good with great services and nice room & balcony, but would be better if there are more varieties for food while only having one restaurant and some in-house activities arranged for guests, like yoga class, cooking class. Besides, the construction site next to our building affected the view and general feeling.

本人入住帶有私人泳池的房間，(1)冷氣出口竟然設定在浴室內，睡房相對比較焗。(2)浴室中沖涼地方是可以作為浴缸的，但因為是一個四方形的石缸，酒店沒有細心的清潔，以至距離花灑較遠的兩邊石缸角積聚了沒沖走的污漬(似是沐浴露或洗頭水遺下的殘餘)。其他的都很滿意，職員的服務十分好。

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Nice view and looks great at the public swimming pool and breakfast area. Food taste is acceptable in breakfast. Fair room decoration and poor quality of furnitures and fixtures, such as difficult to move and close the curtain in bedroom. Too widen shade gap in shower area, which feel not secure when taking shower. Bedsheet is stained. Disappointed private pool style. Overall, it is not worthy of this room rate.

Beautiful hotel in peaceful surroundings. Stunning architecture, amazing staff, luxurious and comfortable rooms. I wish I had stayed longer!

非常感謝酒店帶給我們一段美好嘅回憶，房間準備了迎賓小食 , Mini bar 無限量供應，咖啡亦是自家品牌，最貼心嘅地方係準備了蚊怕水選擇，洗滌用品係香茅味道非常好用 雖然位置地理比較遠，但擁有寧靜嘅空間 we will definitely live in this hotel on out next vacation in Phuket

nice & quite hotel with lovely pool. staff are nice , breakfast is okay. if you want to stay quiet & peaceful, this is the pace you can visit

The service is great! Everyone was so nice, the view of the hotel pool is amazing. The only negative thing is that since the hotel is located on the hill, there was a dog from the neighborhood cruising through our balcony (we booked the tree villa, the dog went up the stairs to the room and crossed through the trees to our room) . I lost one of my shoe, I think it was some animal that took it. But the room and the hotel architectures are very pretty, I think they could be more detailed with room cleaning. But it’s not bad.

A cool hotel with amazing and kind staff. Room conditions could be better. I definitely would not consider it a 5 star hotel and think it’s slightly expensive for what you get , but the overall property is nice

Best resort we have ever stayed at. So relaxing. Staff was excellent and helpful. Great location to see some of Phuket’s best attractions. Would go there again in a heartbeat. We stayed in a tree villa and the private pool was amazing. Gave extra options to lounge in the shade or get some sun. The lobby pool was also beautiful.

Nice vibe at pool

Clean, staff were amazing and attentive. Free minibar. The hotel was very big and had a nice infinity pool and a pool by the spa as well. Housekeeping were very good as were the lobby staff.

If you have not booked Noku, please book it now. This place is beautiful, private, serene and very peaceful. Amazing staff as well. The breakfast was great. I will be back!

Lovely property! Everyone from Pem, John at breakfast and the front staff ladies were wonderful. We felt safe and loved the peace and views. Would definitely come back here! Breakfast was delicious 10/10!

Very cosy, staff very friendly, very good service

I stayed in the Private Loft with Whirlpool, but the bathroom drainage was poor. The room is located very close to others of the same type, so if you are in the Whirlpool, guests in the adjacent room can easily see you. There is absolutely no privacy while using the Whirlpool.
