We had a family trip in Chiangmai and stayed at Norwind Hotel for four nights. The staff service was wonderful, room was pleasant and clean and the hotel is a great choice especially given the price! I cannot fault this hotel on any aspect - Great job and great staff! Will definitely come back!

晚上到埗由機場坐的士才20分鐘就到。雖然不是在大街，不過一般的士司機也能找到。步行前往星期六夜市約10-15分鐘，沿途沒有甚麼風景，不過沿路易行。夜市很熱鬧，食物很美味。 酒店早餐簡單，環境清靜，員工有禮，是一間精緻而不錯的酒店。

在 hotels.com 訂了"普通套房", 網上說有浴缸, 到了說沒有, 要加錢升級才有, 不情願地也加了錢!!!
水力很弱, 要用一個多小時才能將浴缸放夠水(3/4缸), 用花灑沖洗也感覺沖得不乾淨!
Wifi 慢, 又壞了一整天 (住了五天)!!
沒有提供牙刷、牙膏、護髮素, 洗頭水質素也不好!
附近沒有東西買(e.g.食物)

算新、算乾淨
行去夜市古城不算遠 (~20 min)
酒店內有單車(100B)、電單車(200B+)、私家車出租(1200B+), 也有有蓋車位!

This hotel is new and clean. The staff are nice and willing to answer my questions. Some of the staff can speak Chinese. Although it is not locate in the old city of Chiangmai, it is not far from it. We need only 10 minutes to walk to the old city from the hotel. However, since this is a new hotel, many taxi drivers cannot find it easily. Also, the breakfast is not very delicious. As a whole, this is a good hotel and I will choose this hotel again if I go to Chiangmai again in the future.

I was send a request to pick up at chaing mai airport before but no one to confirm.Afterthen i arrived, the staff waiting me & have a service for us.it really suprise .i think why haven't confirm email,it really shokking.
