Room is comfortable, clean, and all staff are so nice and polite. The location is very good, it's so convenient to go everywhere, close to public transport and shopping.

The room is spacious, has complete utilities, provides a car to the nearby mall with no additional charge, and the staff were very nice. At first I couldn't believe that I could get all the facilities at a quite cheap price. Very recommended, especially those who want to go to Chatuchak, as it is quite near.

การจองโรงแรมแย่มากๆ แจ้งผ่านทราเวลโลก้า ว่าต้องการ 2 เตียง และโทรไปคอมเฟิร์มกับหน้าเคาน์เตอร์ตั้งแต่วันทีี่ 8 พ.ค. ถึงเวลาเข้าพักจริงวันที่ 14 พ.ค. เอาห้องเตียวเดียวให้ แล้วพูดจาแย่ๆ ว่าแล้วแต่ความพร้อมของโรงแรม เข้าว่างทางโรงแรมอยู่ในจุดที่มีการจองห้องพักเยอะ แต่ด้วยจรรยาบรรณ ควรแจ้งกลับ ไม่ใช่นึกอยากทำอะไรกับกับลูกค้าที่จ่ายเงินไปแล้วยังไงก็ได้ สุดท้ายจะจัดเตียงเสริมให้ แต่ให้ออกเงินเพิ่ม ความรู้สึกคือแย่มากในสถานะการณ์ที่เจอ เหมือเอาเปรียบ แล้วแบบนี้จะให้มีการจองล่วงหน้าทำไม งงกับการจัดการของโรงแรมมากๆ วุ่นวายกับความรู้สึกของผู้เข้าพัก คนรับโทรศัพท์พูดจาแก้ตัวอย่างเดียว แย่มากๆค่ะ

Cukup 1 malam saja karena kebeneran cari searah ke bandara don muang. Kamar hotel bersih, walaupun terlihat hotel lama. Staff hotel ramah-ramah. Kita kebantu banget dengan ada ATM yang Indonesian friendly untuk tari tunai dengan fee affordable. Kurangnya dari hotel ini, jauh dari mana-mana, jalan dari BTS pun jauh banget🥲sarapannya ngga moeslim friendly, ada menu pork, dan satu lagi ya, wajib banget kalo ke Thailand spare 1000bath (wajib banget) untuk deposit hotel. Sebelum saya check out hotel di aplikasi, ada keterangan tidak perlu deposit. Tapi pasti akan di minta langsung oleh staff hotel ketika kita check in.

At first I couldn't believe that I could get all the facilities at a quite cheap price. Very recommended, especially those who want to go to Chatuchak, as it is quite near.

เข้ามาโรงแรมพบว่าห้องน้ำไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดห้องน้ำให้ มีขยะเยอะ สกปรกมากๆ ของใช้ในห้องน้ำไม่มี และได้แจ้งพนักงาน Front ชื่อ จิตราภา พูดว่า ลูกค้าต้องตรวจห้องเองและถ้าไม่เรียบร้อยจะเปลี่ยนห้องให้ เถียงเก่งมาก ไม่ขอโทษสักคำ ลอยหน้าลอยตาและให้ยินดีให้แจ้งผู้การโรงแรม ปกติสามีพักที่นี่บ่อยมาก แต่จะไม่ขอเข้าพักอีก เสียความรู้สึกมากสุดๆ
