Amazing stay. The staff is so welcoming and so helpful. The Spa is definitely a hidden gem! What a great service. Quiet place, right in front of the beach.

All staff, whether reception, waitress, housekeeper or security, are very friendly and helpful. very very nice. Although it’s not located in prime area, it still a great hotel for me. There are some shop, local market and beach nearby. Just ask the receptionist, she is very helpful. In addition, the hotel chief cooks very well. 全部員工不論前台、待應、打掃人員甚至保安都非常友善，而且非常熱心助人。雖然不是位於熱門地點，但附近走遠一點可以找到一些餐廳，本地店鋪，而且有個沙灘，很少人，所以整體感覺都很滿意。有甚麼問題例如附近好逛的地方、餐廳，也可以問前台員工，她非常熱心。另外值得一提他們酒店的餐廳，出奇地好吃。

Stayed here multiple times and each time it was delightful. As a matter of fact this trip, I was about to get into my ride to the airport, the staff told me that housekeeping found the AirPods I left in the room and returned them to me. Such awesome service. Thanks

Beautiful and CLEAN resort. Central between the airport and Patong beach. Surin Beach is directly in front of the resort. Surin Beach is gorgeous and peaceful. I prefer it over Patong Beach. The resort staff was amazing. They were kind, helpful and made me feel very welcomed. I did not want to leave.

Alle sehr freundlich! Frühstücksbuffet an sich gut, aber noch ein bisschen mehr klassische Auswahl wäre super!

The property is well maintained and the staff are top-notch. The beach is about 5 minutes walk, about 1 block away. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in the Surin area.

Overall a great stay but a few problems with the room eg lights, AC, power points. Staff were excellent. Sometimes difficult to get a spot around the pool. Good location but not good value for money.

Thank you to all the hotel staff for their kindness and attentiveness. The hotel and its location seemed to be the best in Surin for us. We would have liked more variety at breakfast — by the end of the 6th day it became a bit repetitive. Also, one of the two rooms did not match the photos on Expedia: there was no mirror and no sofa. Otherwise, everything was good. We wish you further growth and improvement!

Clean room, great food, very helpful and responsive staff. Very close to the beach. The AC could have been quieter.
