工作人員很有禮貌，我先生生日亦準備了蛋糕，一個很好的體驗，唯一熱水不足就是熱水供應不穩定，時冷時暖。

好的服務，方便的位置

Good location. But they should improve the service.

We come here for the celebration of our honeymoon, and quite surprising that the resort have upgraded our room with lovely decoration which make us have a memorable holiday. All the staff were well trained with a lovely smile and were aware of the client's needs wherever we come across, especially for the female manager on the day when we arrived the resort, she took us to go through every corner of the resort, introduced the facilities and led us to our room. So we would like take this opportunity to thanks with her.

We have booked a pool villa, it is a bit costy but the location and rooms are comfortable, just 5-10mins walk to the Lamai night market, staff are nice and helpful.

December : good - less people's, not terrible hot, bad - a bit cold for swin, windy

飯店的位置適中 . 鬧中取靜，周邊吃飯也很方便，步行5分鐘有夜市，飯店對面的餐廳做的飯菜味道很好，價格不貴，房間舒適. 有小游泳池 , 走出去有海灘 . 員工服務親切. 飯店附近 有多間商店 . SPA . 沐足店 .租摩托車和汽車都很方便 .來這渡假很愉快!

服務好有求必應，房清潔不夠地板好多沙， 水喉無力時冷時熱沖下無水要等半小時。食物ok價錢不貴spa買一送一平出面沙灘 寧靜好過渣文無咁多人地點方便出酒店咩都有好方便

在LAMAI海灘旁, 地理位置非常方便。酒店非常舒適, 滅蚊蟲的工作完善, 餐廳也沒有蒼蠅滋擾。 酒店職員會斤斤計較, 即使已加錢加床, 房間內的拖鞋水杯毛巾瓶裝水也不會多給一份。每次使用 expedia 的VIP 餐廳優惠也要打電話到前台花時間確認。延遲退房的福利也不能使用, 只可以退房前24小時申請, 晚上得到確認後, 隔天早上會致電到房間要求準時退房, 不可延遲(因為臨時有客人訂房間)。

靠近拉邁海灘, 但距離機場45分鐘車程. 酒店職員態度親切, 可惜沒有太多活動可以選擇. 附近有多間商店及沐足店, 星期日有夜市場. 洗頭沬浴不好用, 建議自己帶去, 中規中距的一間酒店.

The hotel is just beside the beach, with bar and restaurant, you can enjoy your meal there with amazing sea view. The hotel staff attitude are awesome as well as the facilities, nice room and decoration! the minor defect is our booking was two double bedroom, unfortunately one of the bed was dirty (with infects or ants), we were asking for cleaning again or change to another room, they did clean instead of changing, but the infects were still there :( besides this, everything is awesome.

I spent four nights there and I could say this was the most awful experience that I have ever had among my past four visits to Koh Samui. I received a very unpleasant welcoming when the receptionist asked me, in a rather impolite way, to let her take a photo of me. That was offensive I think. For the room make-up, housekeepers were not accustomed to check whether the amenities required replenishment. Beach staff were generally not helpful, as they did not assist in opening the sunshades despite repeated requests. Location is not that great, and the beach is of a more inferior quality than that in Chaweng. The room was overpriced, and the service simply did not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to others, definitely.

飯店人員服務態度不輸五星級，飯店不私藏的提供館內館外服務，非常難得。

There is a long beach along the sea, which you can walk and enjoy the sunset, even on the night time

住宿的房間非常舒適，一個大陽台並且有露天雙人按摩浴缸。沙灘也維繫得很乾淨。櫃檯人員也會說中文，十分親切，並熱心為我們安排租借機車及一日遊的服務。

附近spa不錯,很好,職員很好

The lighting is too dim in the room and lighting system is not enough on the way from lobby to the apartment , and the water supply was suddenly stopped when I taking shower

We had the hydro pool villa during our stay. Staffs are nice & friendly there. However, the hotel is a bit old already. Our villa pool is real small that it's unable to swim, so it's meaningless to pay for any pool types recommendation in this hotel. For the budget of almost US $250/night, your money worths better stay in any 5stars hotel with ocean view. We tried the spa in the hotel too. It's just so-so. with the price plus services charge, it's better spend cheaper to those local massage houses located right outside the hotel.

first two nights, take me to other hotel But compensate with free dinners and free pick up service overall is fine, But private pool is a bit small and only one small outdoor pool food is Good and price is fair service is fine
