The staff are nice and helpful. But once, they gave the wrong wifi ac and password and there is always not enough tissue rows. Yet, it is not a really big problem. 6 of us live in 2 rooms, and the beds are so big and comfortable. But the air-conditioner is a bit not functional, as it can be either on or off, but could not change the temperature of it. The view outside is quite bad and we barely open the curtains.

頭一次入住一間没有熱水壼的酒店。只能飲酒店提供的凍水或自己買水，不要期望晚上可以煮泡麵。住四晚其中一晚全酒店停電長達半小時，其餘的時間燈光都總是一時明一時暗。第一晚入住發現房間有不屬於我們的頭髮。浴缸没有浴廉，洗澡後全個洗手間都是水。特大雙人床是由兩張單人床拼起來的，重點是中間的縫隙是沒有任何東西作連接，結果爬上床的時候手會插進去，然後電話都總是會掉進去。酒店提供的毛巾大都是破的。

酒店离海滩2分钟步行距离。楼下就是7-11，附近有两家租车店（出门左边）。酒店干净卫生，就是蚊子有点多，另外淋浴间的装修太奇怪了，每次洗澡都会溅到浴缸外一地水，望能改造下

超級無禮貌既酒店十分唔建議大家入住除左行出門口行3,4mins就到芭東海灘真係無樣得完全不明白佢既3.6評分點泥既大家比多少少住其他仲好依家酒店附近都有好多好既hotel 可是睇地圖搵搵差勁既原因 1.原本email左rayaburi酒店book左車係機場接我地既收3100b包一去一回機場去到去機場車又無人又無,酒店電話又唔通既,打得通又叫我地等50分鐘wo.嗜係根本未出發喇架車好彩機場出面叫van都係1400b坐到6-8人 2.一落車d人已經勁無禮貌好話我地呂搭佢地酒店車 3.上左房有浴缸沖涼不過我男朋友沖左3,4mins d水已經流到出床頭地下濕哂,好彩睇到一個不小心會滑倒 4.枕頭同毛巾有d黃金金既積,dirty到一個點.!!! **5.重點酒店食旱餐個位有open kitchen夜晚好幾次見到有老鼠走泥走去 6.如果可以唔好係酒店book任何tour因為酒店唔會負責任既 7.book左佢地酒店車反機場壓到1100車曬我地6人反機場點知我地係大堂等左成個鍾先有車.一路問酒店既員工佢地就一味話唔關佢地事根本唔會幫你追錢又唔退一味要你等差到爆!!!!

跟皇帝岛上的酒店是一个公司的，所以第二天去皇帝岛酒店可以直接帮你叫车，比较方便，但是一直没找到酒店的游泳池。

本来挺好的一次旅行，就因为这个酒店，没有一个完美的句号，最后退房，愣说我们一条毛巾没有了，我们都没用毛巾，都是洗澡用的浴巾，让它们查监控看是不是酒店人拿出去的，说什么也不查，为了赶早上飞机，司机已经在等，没办法不想墨迹耽误时间，只好给他100泰铢！越想越气！而且酒店内部很奇葩，最普通的房间没有电梯要走楼梯，跟穿越迷宫一样，只有好一点的房间才有电梯。
