This is amazing hotel. I really like the service at SO Sofitel. When I arrive bell boy help me with my luggage and take me to level 9 for check in. Then receptionist approach me do check in, welcome drink really delicious. Everything in SO Sofitel really good. I'll back for next vacation.

At the time of check-in, I choose the water element comfy room which was unavailable. This is my anniversary with my wife, a little bit disappointed.

The room was so neat and cozy, spacious space with feature deco, the hotel is served for tuk tuk pre-order, near BTS station, but not much decent food surrounding. I will definitely come back to this hotel next trip

Good stay at So Bangkok, rooms are looking tired since our last visit few years ago and shows in bathroom where there were some grime/mould in sink and corners of showers. Shelving was also loose so can do with a touch up.

Although the room had been upgated,but the road traffic sound too noisy. The sound disturbed me to sleep.I had told the reception.
The next day after breakfast ,when I went back to the room,I found that no electricity supply.I had to suffer Fumo no ventilation for over half an hour .
