Guests who wish to use airport shuttle service are requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted under "Special Requests" during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. If the credit card holder is not a guest, please note that payment would need to be made via bank transfer within 48 hours after booking to secure the reservation. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly for payment details.

Please be informed that the following room types are for adult guests only:
- "Pool Suite with Ocean View - Adult only"
- "Pool Suite with Sunset View - Adult only"
These room types only accommodate up to 2 adults and cannot serve extra persons in extra beds or children in existing beds.

New Year Gala Dinner
Send off 2017 in style and welcome 2018 in signature Sri panwa style. As the last celebration of the year, this New Year's Eve celebration will be one to talk about throughout the new year.
The night will be a celebration for your senses, with live performances, the best cocktails and a mouth-watering spread of cuisine. Each of the Baba outlets will be proudly represented with a mix of dishes from every restaurant.

The Beach Pool will be undergoing renovation from now to 17 October 2024. During this time, our private beach will remain accessible for your enjoyment. Additionally, our Forest Waterfall Pool at the Habita and the infinity-edge pool at Baba Poolclub will be open daily from 9am to 6pm. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to revealing an upgraded space for your enjoyment. Thank you for your understanding.

I have booked the luxury one-bedroom villa and it is fantastic. The swimming pool is nice and the water is clear. Unlike other hotels, their swimming pool is insect free. The food in the hotel is also very good. But the variety of food for the breakfast is a little bit disappointed.

The resort is fantastic in location, which is just at the peninsula of Panwa region of Phuket. The top scene of the hotel can have a perfect view of the sunset. There are several restaurants and lounges serving different kind of food and the taste of food is excellent. But most importantly, there were pools with horizon view including that is private to each guest room.

從進飯店有詳細的解說設施 然後說有一區可以看日落跟旁邊可以戲水 解說完給了小費後 我們要出門用餐 發現沒有房卡或鑰匙 去找了服務人員 服務人員說只要我們把門反鎖 回來時再去大廳請他們開我們Villa的大門 但從進去到退房 我們都不知道我們的房號 打電話叫園區內嘟嘟車 等了10幾分鐘 請他載我們去看日落跟戲水那邊 居然說 要預約!!那剛剛為何解說時為何沒講? 6人住的Villa空間是很大 但設計有點看不懂 很多地方都浪費空間 最漂亮的是夕陽 其他真的不值得收這個價錢 隔天要去吃早餐 叫園區內嘟嘟車等了20分鐘 而且開車的旁邊還載了疑似他的女朋友 我黑人問號? 跟別的渡假飯店比起來真的差太多了 CP值極差 全部最好的是早餐跟夕陽 沒了 隔天退房問我房間鑰匙?我沒拿過根本不知道有鑰匙！ 問我房間幾號?我從來不知道我的房號....... 還有廚房這麼大這麼多櫃子 連煮東西的地方沒有 只有杯子 跟碗 .....就是傻眼啊我們!
