普吉島納卡酒店

I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with the overall experience. The room felt old and poorly maintained, which did not justify the high price of 6,000 HKD per night. In addition, there was a lot of noise in the mornings that made it difficult to sleep and rest properly. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, given the condition of the room and the disturbance, I don’t feel the stay was worth the cost

Excellent service and good Room is amazing All staff are very friendly and well trained I don’t see any reason of not returning to this hotel! And stay even even longer !!!

I had to came to naka before the COVID-19 and that time the breakfast is good as this trip at that time will had the prams ham and blue cheese some different cheese not the slices cheese!I think it’s need to improve on the breakfast

優點：一進房門就不想出門的酒店，看海的私人泳池很大很乾淨，景色超美一看出去就一大片海，可以躲左酒店一整天發呆放鬆沒有問題。Room service的餐飲跟餐廳的差不多，價錢都一樣不用特意下山 缺點：燈光略為不夠，最光都是不夠光，客廳晚上有點暗暗的。室外浴缸基本上是用不著，一直有落葉掉下來，感覺很髒。客廳的喇叭只可插andriod機，iPhone的朋友就不能用了。酒店建在山坡上，到酒店每個設施都要叫酒店篤篤，所以還是窩房間比較方便

設計好，住宿舒適，補給充足，餐飲不錯，員工服務 態度也好 房間及泳池仍有昆蟲，燈光太暗，應可調教 如房間能用反光玻璃，私隱度會更高 池景有大樹阻擋

The view was simply unbeatable, the room was clean, but you can tell its getting old (ie: bulging floor board and doors). Staff was nice and helpful. The location however left something to be desired, while it is nicely hidden away from the rest of Phuket, giving you peace and quiet and privacy, it is however at least a good 20-30 mins to most tourist hot spots.(ie: took us one hour to get to the outlet). Shuttle bus to Patong beach was not frequent enough, with only 3 shuttles per day. Overall, we are happy with our stay, just wish it is a bit closer to everything else.

The Naka Phuket is very comfortable and excellent. Nice hotel and swimming pool. The staffs are very friendly. Just one thing is the room a bit dark and not enough light there.

The view is stunning, service is excellent, food is delicious every things is perfect ,must try their massage it is great , but i suggest they could have more selection for the room service menu as I don’t like go out and just want to spend my time in the hotel : )

We expect the room type we booked would be the same as the picture shown in Expedia but unfortunately it was not the case when we arrived to the room. The swimming pool view originally with the beach scenery is all blocked with the plants (no views at all) and the bedroom view is also not according to the picture shown with 270-degree view of the sea (only front view with sea). The most disappointing experience was the front desk staff attitude. They claimed the villas are at different sea level so the views may vary. We do not expect the view are so different from the pictures and far from our expectation. At first they told us the room was the only room left with the room type we have booked but after we insisted, they provided us a few more rooms to pick. We got a room which is similar to the room type we saw in Expedia but it was not exactly the same. It was a matter of integrity and sincerity to customers. The negotiation lasted for an hour and the experience ruined our long-awaited stay here. Even the view is nice but I do not recommend others to stay at this hotel with poor customer service.

The Naka Phuket is very comfortable and excellent. All the staff are very helpful and friendly.

住宿極大極好，但私人泳池旁的 canopy 竟然漏水，下雨時 canopy 亦如瀑布; 私人沙灘不宜游泳，太多石頭，只可浮潛，穿蛙鞋可保護脚底！

The bedroom overall is spacious with pool, but the pool isn't big enough for swimming. The living area is a bit dark at night time while both washroom & bathroom are too dark, feel not comfortable. I saw gecko (nearly dead) at the pool side of my villa. The room cleaning service was held at late afternoon till 7pm. I am surprised that someone get into my villa one time (as I didn't put "Don't disturb" signal outside the door). After checking the reception, noticed that it's room cleaning service. The "Bento Box" (room service) is great and yummy. I will definitely order "Bentox Box" next time again. The breakfast buffet is nice too. The staff is really friendly & nice. But I had called "Tuk Tuk" twice, the waiting time is over 15mins.

訂房寫明是Vila pool , 去到求奇比間Spy 房，共用泳池，泳池底紙皮石剥落，整傷我腳底，要回國求醫，經理態度惡劣。聲稱超賣房間不能提供原有房間，拒絕道歉，最后離開時通路水浸，差點趕不及班機，大堂停電，要摸黑進入check out. 充份理解金玉其外，敗絮其中。 Hotel manager have bad temper. I booked the formal room through hotel.com, But hotel only give me a spy room for us. Share Swimming pool was broken. my leg being hurt during swimming. Hotel lobby no electric supply when I check out . The road to airport and Patong was flood and blocked when I left. 5 stars hotel but hostel service provided. Strongly not recommend

非常漂亮

The outlook of the individual rooms are special and great for photo taking. The bedroom is very spacious but the pool is a little too small to swim. The public pool is however large and overlooking the beach. I find the bedroom too dark at night and the layout of the shower room and toilet a bit weird. We had three people living in the room, but there was no additional bed. Instead, one person had to sleep in a couch, which was not very comfy. It is not easy to get around the hotel as everything is a bit away, so had to ask for the buggy service all the time.
