I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Koh Samui, but if you want clean, centrally located, close to action, value for money and wonderfully helpful staff, the Stay is the best I’ve been to. I don’t tend to stay in the room much so prefer up market hotels to resort suites. The complimentary breakfast is ok but I preferred to go out for a proper breakfast at nearby resorts…

Check in was quick and easy and we were able to store our bags safely while waiting for our room to be ready as we arrived early. The staff in the restaurant and the pool bar were awesome. The pool was clean, very warm. There were not any lounge chairs or chairs with umbrellas right on the beach unfortunately. The waterfront was more of a lagoon. Extremely shallow, warm water. Probably great if you were travelling with little ones. Lots of restaurants and shops right out front. Super convenient for getting to the airport. Western food available at the restaurant by the pool. Super cute banana theme too!

Property was centrally located to the main beach rd clean and tidy with staff very helpful.

The location is good and the beach is located front of the hotel bar area.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und auch wenn man zur üblichen Zeit nicht gestört werden will, ist das Personal bis in die späten Abendstunden bemüht, das Zimmer zu reinigen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlichen, nur die Mitarbeiter am Pool könnten etwas aufmerksamer sein und über ein kleines Lächeln würde man sich ebenso freuen. Der Ausblick auf Strand und Meer ist einfach super. Die Lage des Resorts ist für uns perfekt. Das Frühstück ist OK, jedoch haben wir etwas Wurst und Käse vermisst. Die Fenster sind leider nur einfach verglast, was zu einer gewissen Beeinträchtigung des Schlafes führen kann. ABER trotzdem, wir freuen uns schon, wenn wir nächstes Jahr wieder da sind :-)

I really enjoyed my time there. The staff is absolutely amazing, helpful and polite. Room is nice with comfortable bed, good shower and AC is super cold. It's located on the beach but it's like a small cove and had some seaweed, had some debris but city cleaners took care of it in about a week. 8 min walk and you'll get to a beautiful beach.TV only has thai channels and you can only own music. Breakfast was good.

Clean room, staff great, wifi good

Building 4 by the road smells like sewage. The noise is awful from the bar across the street. Moved closer to water less noise and smell. Rit in the restaurant bar was amazing. Great guy!!

There was no balcony in the triple room and hence towels and wet swimwear had to be draped over structures in the room which gave it a ‘laundry room’ feel and was highly inconvenient. The storage was very lacking with open shelves and wardrobes which, again, made the room seem very messy at times. The staff were not the most attentive and completely ignored me as I struggled with my luggage when we arrived even though they were looking straight at us. The restaurant staff were very nice, breakfast choices and quality was excellent! Lunch was very good too. The loungers around the pool were comfortable but very difficult to get on and off and there were not many of them. We didn’t even try the banana lounges at the front as they looked like a nightmare to get on and off. The pool was nice and the location was fantastic. We changed hotels after a few nights though because of these issues and also the music which could be heard from neighbouring bars until 2 in the morning. Overall it was a nice smaller hotel better suited to younger partying types than families in my opinion.

Nice hotel, but you can hear a lot of noise from people slamming their doors.

Preis Leistung ist in Ordnung.

Fin beliggenhet vekk fra de værste støyende barer, butikker over gaten. Fantastiske personell.

Very nice staff and service. The room is small but modern and nice. What's is anoying is that they dont have proper light over the bathroom mirror

all'arrivo sono caduto in doccia scivolando era senza tappetino accorsi per medicarmi la lieve escuriazione ,mancava la tenda che separa il bagno dalla doccia provveduto ,ho le foto del rubinetto tutto macchiato come il piano in marmo con dischi dei bicchieri ,un segno di bruciatura da sigaretta sul mensola . Inoltra vi chiedevo di modificare la data di arrivo avendo l'aereo il giorno 1 ,ma noi arrivavamo il 2 . al mio amico avete r imborsato un giorno 130 E. a me no .la vs signorina mi diceva che tocca all'hotel ,l'hotel alla reception dice che tocca a voi , vedete voi ,Noi stiamo riprogrammando per il prossimo febbraio al primo viaggio tuttok questo tante maccchie .PERSONALE da FAVOLA grazie Armando Mannatrizio .con Boadin Walter.

La stanza in discrete condizioni e personale molto cortese

Very clean resort, lovely staff. Enjoyed sitting in the bar and watching the sea. Only downside was that it is a loud area and right under the flight path which would be fine if the rooms were glazed better. I could hear the conversation the girl in the hotel over the fence was having at 2am, which is annoying!
