整體感覺不錯,員工也很nice.幾個房間浴室都有不同風格.相當適合度假.晚上叫了bbq,蝦蟹食物都很新鮮.有點小建議,在入住前可放一放頂樓spa池的水,這樣會更好了.還會再來的.

位置方便，附近有街市。酒店提供24小時shuttle bus連接reception。今次入住Tropicana四房別墅，非常舒適。別墅行出大街，慢行大概十分鐘有舒適餐廳、甜品店，再行多幾分鐘有7-eleven 及街市。非常方便。

We stayed in a 4-bedroom villa with a private pool and jacuzzi. It's a lot of fun to stay and we enjoyed the breakfast we made for ourselves everyday. The villa is excellent for family gathering and build our bonding. Staying in the house has already been an enjoyable journey. And we were invited to the Xmas BBQ party organized by the villa and that was great and another enjoyable moments. Worst point is the shower water was too weak

This is my worst experience in Pattaya, the villa is totally unacceptable and I don't know why hotels.com give them 5-stars to this villa, also many wrong information from the hotels.com.
The villa looks nice but dirty and very smelly. 1 of the room no bathroom and toilet inside, however also not in living room, all bath room and toilet are inside the rest of the sleeping room.
Don't choose this villa and I don't trust hotels.com anymore.

有泳池，房子兩程很大很美，但服務態度很差，聯絡要拿鑰匙可是遲遲也不來，說了15分鐘來到可是15分鐘過後打電話去問，又說要10分鐘後，房間潔淨程度還好。

飯店整體的乾淨度不好，衛生設備有些是故障沒有維修，去飯店的路上路邊都是垃圾感受不是很好，最後要退房時11點多在等候服務人員來，服務人員來時已經11點50分了就說我們超時超過12點，我跟他反應還沒12點他還是強行從押金扣1000元整個很惡劣，這地方的真不值得來。

熱水供應很差，每次沖涼都要不段手動控制水溫，忽冷忽熱，不是冷水就是很熱的熱水，洗手盆去手也塞了，每次刷牙都要等兩分鍾水位才下降，地點比較遠及靜，每次出入都要call車，晚上靜得不敢步行外出！廁所板坐廁細數個碼，坐上去根本就坐到馬桶上，有等如無，但員工服務碼錯，有特別要求，例如幫我買花及蛋糕等特別要求都做得很好，這方面值得一讚！

房間大 休閒寫意私隱度高 要20分鐘車程才到旺區 最近能買野食的小夜市 要走15分鐘 但路面較僻靜 沒有每天清潔 要call車外出 可以到看更亭他們都會幫你 所以都算便利

酒店入住沒有櫃台，只能電話溝通。辨公室沒有人辨公，而且與酒店入住位置不同，浪費了很多時間。
到達後，員工要求我們付100元小費給她。
住宿方面，清潔度差劣，花園地下遍佈全是垃圾及樹葉。酒店內要脫鞋子進入，但地面是污穢，另腳板黑了。後來，酒店職員不按門鈴，直接用鑰匙開門放拖鞋給我們。要交代了两天不用來清潔房間，口頭答應，但還是來了清潔。不知所謂！到check out當天，說好11時check out 但酒店職員又再次自行用門匙開門入屋，提醒我們要準時check out，但那時才10時36分。門外有洗衣機，應該是她們的工作地方，所以常有員工出入。只感覺此住宿很不備重視。為何有電話不來電通知或按門鈴呢？到最後一天，問她為何常自行用門匙進出，她便諸多值口，還把責任推在負責清潔的員工。沒有任何歉疚，相反清潔員工不斷道歉，可惜所有事情與清潔員工無關，清潔員工態度友善，亦了解明白不是她的過失。

前台給管房服務態度很好，但因五個房間水壓不足導致浴室水喉很慢，接近不能洗頭沖涼，離開芭堤雅沙灘有一段距離周圍在發展中出入不方便，但員工服務有禮。

If there is anything broken, dont expect they can repair for you before you finish the vocation.
If you dont drive, dont book the villa, it takes an hour for the reception to get a taxi or shuttle for you.
Many drivers dont know the way to villa too.
Most time in pattaya in wasted in transportation.
The attitude of staffs are good but they wont give you any quality service at all.
Poor wifi, the water pressure is not enough for shower.
Price is reasonable, the villa itself is clean.

Villa看上去很漂亮，可是屋內設施十分惡劣︰
1）其中一個房間由車房改建而成，變成設於整棟房子外面，十分不方便
2）整棟房子水壓不夠
3）整棟房子充滿臭味，是渠道淤塞所致的臭味！根本令人反胃！
4）WIFI 經常斷線，致電櫃檯說會派人修理卻一直等不到人
5）天台按摩浴缸無法啟動，致電櫃檯說會派人修理同樣一直等不到人
6）其中一個房間少了電視遙按器，通知酒店職員卻說解決不了！
7）大廳其中一張椅子是破的！
