It was a nice experience staying here. The real place is even better than the advertised pictures, beyond expectation! All services are prompt and thoughtful. Cleanliness is near perfect with very friendly staffs. We stayed in premium deluxe sea view with Jacuzzi and everything worked perfectly. The only thing that bothered me was the bed, with the sharp corners pointing out. I think it is because the mattress size doesn't exactly matches the bed. Both my wife and I hurt our legs on that pointy edges more than once. The food was amazingly delicious, it tempted my wife to join the cooking class from the hotel (but unfortunately we didn't get enough time). The price for in-room dining is reasonable. If you are looking for views, there's plenty of spots with beautiful ones. We love the mini beach that felt like it is our private beach. Nice spot to chill early in the morning. And we are very grateful for the complimentary cake for our honeymoon. It was very thoughtful of the hotel management. Totally recommended hotel to stay in Phuket.

ไม่ต้องเชื่อผม!หรือรีวิวอื่นๆ แต่ต้องมาสัมผัสด้วยตัวเองกับความคุ้มค่าที่คุณจะได้รับจากการพักผ่อน อันดับแรกที่ต้องพูดถึงและคุณจะได้รับตั้งแต่เข้ามาที่นี่คือเซอร์วิสมายด์ที่ดีมากๆย้ำนะครับว่าดีมากๆ พนง.ทุกคนทุกพื้นที่ยิ้มแย้มเต็มใจบริการช่วยเหลือ เปนสิ่งที่ผมประทับใจมาก โรงแรมห้าดาวบางที่ยังไม่ได้เท่านี้เลย ต้องยอมรับว่าทุกคนจะมีเซอร์วิสมายด์ที่ดีเยี่ยม ตอนเช็คอิน คุณจะต้องเลือกประเภทหมอน และกลิ่นของสบู่ ถือว่าใส่ใจรายละเอียดเล็กน้อยที่ดีเยี่ยมมากๆครับ การเข็คอินของที่นี่จะไม่เหมือนที่อื่นนะครับ คือคุณสามารถอยุ่ได้24ชม.เลย คือคุณเช็คอินเข้าเวลาใหน ก้อเช็คเอาทออกเวลานั้นเลยครับ ถือว่าแฟร์มากๆสำหรับเรื่องนี้ แนะนำว่าก่อนวันเช็คอินเข้าควรโทรสอบถามเวลากับทางโรมแรมก่อนนะครับ ส่วนเรื่องวิว แทบจะทุกจุดของทางโรงแรมคุณจะเห็นวิวที่สามารถชิลอยุ่กับบรรยากาศและลืมเรื่องราววุ่นวายทุกอย่างที่คุณมีอยุ่ได้เลย โดยเฉพาะสระว่ายน้ำ ที่วิวดีมากๆ เนื่องจากโสมอยุ่ค่อนข้างสูงและติดกับฝั่งทะเล วิวก้อจะเป็นพาโนราม่าเลยครับ สวยมากๆ ลืมทุกสิ่งที่หนักหัวและบรรยากาศกับวิวที่นี่จะทำให้คุณรีแลกซ์ได้อย่างสบายๆเลยครับ รสชาติอาหารของที่นี่ถือว่าดีนะครับ ไม่ได้จืดชืดอย่างโรงแรมอื่นๆ ทั้งห้องอาหารzeascapeของทางโรงแรม และเบรคฟาสต์เช้า ความสะอาดของที่นี่ก้อดีมากๆครับไม่ว่าจะเป็นบริเวณใหน ทางโรงแรมจัดสรรพื้นที่ได้ดีครับ จึงทำให้โรงแรมไม่ได้ดูน่าอึดอัด มีสปาที่สามารถทำให้เราผ่อนคลายด้วยนะครับ ทางโรงแรมมี shuttle bus ที่จะไปส่งคุณที่ป่าตอง ไป-กลับ เป็นรอบเวลา โดยรวมทั้งหมดผมถือว่าหากการพักผ่อนที่คุณจะอยากได้สิ่งที่ดีกับตัวคุณ ที่นี่คือสิ่งที่ดีมากๆที่คุณจะได้รับกลับไปครับ

订了两次 两次都给升级了，点个赞。最大问题是位置比较偏，去年预定的时候酒店巴士还是免费的
现在居然要收费了，这太抠了。这是最大缺点

Compared to the other 2 U Hotels I've stayed at, this one is the worst. One of the staff called Jenny was quite slow and doesn't know much English. The room itself was big, with a balcony facing the sea. However, during my stay, Phuket was hit by heavy rain and that rain came into my room through the gaps of the balcony door. Electricity went out for seconds every single day. Wifi was not functioning st first. Fridge wasn't cold and the staff later replaced it with another one. Limited breakfast buffet choice. Although there is a 24-hour use of room policy, the staff called and kind of reminded me to leave as another guest is waiting for the room. The shuttle that runs to pantong jungceylon shopping mall every 2 hours is priced at 100 baht for a round trip, which was ok. I'm not sure if I'd return to this hotel if I visit Phuket again.

非常近海，陽台可看到接近180度海景，吹海風看日落，很寫意，唯獨是被安排住進較低樓層，身處陽台放鬆時會跟餐廳內的客人對看，有點尷尬，但不影響好心情。酒店位置不方便，進出芭東地區都要 USD$10+。房內設施夠實用但不精美，且有點舊（床頭櫃、檯、廁所等），衛浴用品完全不行（是二合一洗髮水...），建議自備。強推按摩池在房外的房型，看著大海浸浴一流，早餐不ok但還是建議訂，因為海景太療癒。總體而言性價比佳，喜歡海的絕對可一試。
