Good place for short stays

Wir waren vom 17. bis zum 20. im crown Palace in Ankara. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatte mein Sohn leider eine Lebensmittelvergiftung. Das gesamte Hotelteam hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns gut geht. Wir haben mehrfach Anrufe erhalten, ob man uns in irgendeiner Weise helfen könne. Es wurde sogar extra Essen für uns zubereitet. Besonders möchten wir die Putzfrau Hatice hervorheben, die sehr freundlich war und unser Zimmer stets gründlich gereinigt hat. Zudem wurde regelmäßig nach dem Befinden meines Sohnes gefragt. Auch die Gästebetreuung durch Sarah war sehr aufmerksam und bemüht. Wir möchten uns beim gesamten Hotel-Team herzlich bedanken. Wir können das Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Familie Öztürk

I enjoyed my stay at the Crown Plaza immensely. Sara and most of the staff were not only helpful and knowledgeable, but, especially Sara - the property fairy godmother, went out of her way to make sure guests were accommodated 100%! She gets a 6-star rating!

Clean spacious rooms in a good location near shops and restaurants.

Hotel was listed as a 5 star, but was more in line with a 4 star based its' amenties and lack of breakfast provided. Area surrounding hotel sould not have been listed as "city center", it's just outside of the city center in an industrial/shopping mall area.

Veldig bra hotell, store fine rom. Aircondition har 18 grader som laveste temperatur. Det blir for varm sovetemperatur.

Akşam 10:30’da bir gece için giriş yapmak istedik ailemizle iki çocuğumuzla birden çok yatakta Junior Suites seçmemize rağmen bize açılır çekyatlı bir oda verildi sonra bu odanın değişmesini istedik 15 20 dakika sonra başka bir odaya geçtik bebeğimiz için bebek yatağı istedik tam beş kere istememize rağmen sonunda gece müdüre getirmezlerse bizzat ben getireceğim demesine rağmen bir 40 dakikada onu bekledik gece 12:30 gibi artık uyumaya hazırdık sinir bozucu giriş deneyiminden sonra bir de üstüne çok yumuşak konforsuz yataklar ve suyu az akan bir duş da eklenince bir gece konaklama için zehir olmuş bir deneyim yaşadım . Sabah müşteri ilişkisi yetkilileri çok ilgilendiler kahvaltı salonunda çıkışa kadar çıkışta sonrasında telefonla da iletişim kurdular ama bu memnuniyetsizliğimi değiştirecek bir girişim değildi. Bu arada kahvaltıda Türkiye’deki bir otel için çok zayıftı Avrupa’da yiyebileceğiniz kadar sınırlı seçenekleri olan bir kahvaltıydı otelde çıktıktan sonra tekrar bir şeyler yemek için bir restorana gittik.

3 nights in Ankara where the temperatures were around 26°c, no air-conditioning our room was as hotter rgan outside.

The rooms are big and super clean. At night it feels completely silent which provides a good rest. Hotel and rooms are modern with nice amenities. Next to hotel there is a mall with restaurants in case that you don't eat at the hotel. Overall, a very nice, clean, comfortable and modern hotel.

Great staff just needs better room service and the spa lady very rude while asking her for price she turned back and talked to someone else and left us behind !
