5 stjerner forpligter, alt skal være 100% i orden men det lever dette hotel ikke op til. Vi havde en suite med opholdsafdeling og her stod en lys sofa med skjolder og generelt kunne rengøringen være bedre. Løse håndtag på døre, pærer der var sprunget.

Nice staff and comfortable place

Very nice hotel with good location next to shopping mall with nice restaurants as well. Very polite staff including the cleaning crew who were very aware of our needs even though we asked for no cleaning. Also great breakfast!

Cleanliness needs to improve

The hotel was welcoming, safe, and had all the amenities I needed. We loved the breakfast and staff. I’ll return again.

By far, this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Almost everything I experienced here was good — or even amazing. The only minor downside was the limited access to public transportation. The hotel is about 30 minutes from the Bosphorus and the busy historical areas, which I actually think can be an advantage if you’re looking for a quieter atmosphere. If you want a relaxing, clean, comfortable, and respectful place to stay, this is it. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, well-trained, and welcoming. I traveled with my wife, in-laws, and friends, and they all share my opinion. Treat yourself and your loved ones by staying in a place like this — you won’t regret it.

J’ai réservé une chambre vue sur mer mais j’ai eux une chambre vue sur la ville, et le personnels d’entrée pas rapide, regarde leurs téléphone lieux d’accueillir les clients si non hôtel parfait

Los alrededores son un poco sinistros, un cementerio y una base militar. Por el otro lado un centro comercial genial. Entraban mosquitos por el aire acondicionado de la habitación y nos dieron la noche. Nos picaron y nos dio reacción. Por lo demás, todo genial. Aunque la comunicación ha sido menos fluida de lo esperado, pues apenas unas pocas personas chapurreaban inglés.
