It’s not like 5 star hotel. They want cash deposits which is not good at all. It’s like 4 star hotel.

We received very good help from Hungame in Guest Relations. She was welcoming and solution-oriented. The staff on the floor with the gym and pool were also friendly. However, the employees in the reception area could be more welcoming and smile more at the guests. The breakfast was okay; I had expected better at a five-star hotel.

The cleanliness, breakfast or services did not meet 5 star standards. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is around 3 star worthy. We had a wet carpet for our entire stay and hotel staff clearly just didn’t understand or try to understand what we was saying. We had to request new towels daily & our room was only cleaned once on a 4 night stay. Cleaning staff enter the room despite the clearly displayed sign left us feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, on two occasions (one morning) and we do not believe this was handled appropriately at all. We were additionally disappointed with the breakfast. The breakfast selection had very little variety. Although we paid for breakfast as part of our stay, we only ate there once and ended up purchasing breakfast elsewhere for the remainder of the trip due to the poor experience. Spa tried to charge us full price despite online stating 20% off for people staying in the hotel - when queried she offered 15% off instead - booked this hotel for the spa experience and did not end up doing! Located in a good place where most things are walking distance.

They advertise room with breakfast and the charge you for it too, a really high price but when you go to register, the people work there with bad attitude and bad customer services and they don’t accommodate you with any of the lies they advertise, even you prove your room is reserved with breakfast they will not accommodate you. They will send you back to where you booked the hotel from, make sure you have a copy of your booking in a picture of the advertising before you go to the hotel and also I went to the register, asked them to provide me a ride to airport, the same day I arrived to the hotel ,they did not register any taxi and I was waiting for Taxi for half hour to go to airport almost missed my flight. I gave this hotel -1

10/10 - Lifelong customer from now on. We arrived at around 6 am tired from the flight and dreading having to wait until check-in time. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and checked us in immediately. They even upgraded us to a room with a terrace view which was stunning, with views over the beautiful hills of Istanbul on one side and the bosphorus on the other. We had a higher floor so out view was exceptional. Very friendly staff who seemed genuinely delighted to help. Spa also included (except for massages) although we didn't use it.
