Breakfast was usual. Food is fresh. But nothing special. No omlette station.

I like the location, the cleanliness, the pool, the nice staff, the breakfast buffet. I don’t like or don’t understand if you are supposed to tip whenever you run out or ask for toilet paper, a clean towel, new batteries for the remote control, etc. The hotel meals are way too pricy

I am not sure whether the issue originated with Expedia or Eresin Hotel, but my overall experience was very disappointing. I booked a Deluxe Triple Room through Expedia. However, upon arrival, I was given what appeared to be a standard room, which was not acceptable considering the rate I had paid. The room did not match my expectations based on the reservation description. More importantly, the hotel provides no warning or signage indicating that larger vehicles, SUVs, or certain cars may not be able to safely access the parking garage. When I attempted to park my rental car, it became severely stuck on one of the sharp turns leading down to the garage, causing significant damage to the vehicle. As a result, I incurred approximately €700 in repair costs, in addition to the considerable stress and inconvenience of finding a repair shop and arranging repairs before returning the rental car. After I raised a formal complaint, the hotel manager was very courteous and offered to move me to a suite, which I declined. The hotel also waived our breakfast charges. Although I appreciated these gestures, I had a substantial financial loss, inconvenience, and stress associated with the vehicle damage due to their mistake In addition, the telephone in my room never worked during my stay. Despite reporting the issue, it was never repaired. Every time I wanted to order room service or contact the front desk, I had to go downstairs

The hotel was clean and organised and the staff were super helpful. We were supposed to check out at 12 midday but they were able to extend it until 3pm which was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it was in a perfect location, not too far from the touristy places but also far enough that it didn't feel overwhelmingly loud.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eresin Hotel Topkapi, Istanbul – Outstanding service, comfort & perfect location! I booked a non-changeable rate but had to adjust dates twice due to unforeseen plans. Mr. Tunahan Körçoban, Reservation Supervisor, was incredibly kind, flexible & helpful—changed both dates without any extra charges. Rare, amazing support that made everything stress-free! Arrived at 2:00 AM, check-in was still smooth, fast & welcoming; night staff were attentive & friendly. My room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, quiet & comfortable—great bed, all amenities worked perfectly. Breakfast was excellent: huge choice of fresh, hot/cold, local & international options—delicious, high quality, perfect start to each day. Location is unbeatable: T1 tram station (best way to explore Istanbul) is just 2 minutes’ walk away—easy access to Sultanahmet, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Grand Bazaar & more. Safe neighborhood with shops & cafes nearby. Every staff member was polite, helpful & professional. From pre-arrival help to late check-in, everything was flawless. Highly recommend—will definitely stay again! Thank you especially to Mr. Tunahan for going above and beyond.

Staff hopeless , hardly any speak english . Room staff poor . Hotel is ok though and room is great . Spa was cold

Breakfast very few options for non Turkish individuals ! Ending up eating bagel and jam but still charged full fee for buffet . ! Otherwise staff helpful ! Highly recommended as close to train station to take you straight to main tourist attractions!!

Odalar bakımlı ve temiz, personel güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı vasat, eresin ismine yakışmıyor kahvaltı. sitede otopark ücretsiz olarak yazıyordu ancak otopark ücreti alındı. Otel seçimini yaparken otopark yüzünden tercih etmiştik, bu biraz kötü oldu. Onun haricinde havuz ve diğer imkanlar güzel.

Keine Klobürste im Gesamten Hotel!! Minibar ist leer nur auf Aufpreis wird es gefüllt. Benutzt man den Parkhaus, kostet es Geld. Sauberkeit in Ordnung.
