Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung war toll und die Aussicht vom Zimmer unbeschreiblich. Das Fühstücksbuffet war riesig und hatte viele leckere Speisen.

Die Küche ist Mega Großes sehr sauberes Hotel Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Einziger Nachteil ist, bis Mittag ist die Sonne hinter dem Hotel und Pool hat erst Mittag die Sonne deshalb ist das Wasser immer kalt. Wir kommen wieder

The hotel is fabulous! The facilities, customer service, and location are excellent. Bomonti is a lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and snack options nearby. The Asian side is also within easy reach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul.

A few minor issues which were resolved when raised with staff, however overall very pleased. Customer service was exceptional as always. Breakfast was very good but same items everyday, which was slightly disappointing. Would be good if different items were served.

The staff were so flirty and not professional at all. The hotel is in the middle of no where so if you are going as a guest bit from Turkey it’s difficult to walk up and down the hills it’s exhausting. Nobody was helpful. Considering this was a Hilton hotel I wasn’t impressed at all. Just the view was amazing

Hilton Bomonti Istanbul is probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I've stayed in this hotel 5-6 times, and this hotel every time exceeded my expectations. The rooms are clean and very stylish, the lounge area is fantastic, the swimming pool and spa area are amazing. Breakfast is one of the best or potentially the best, I've tried. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. They went the extra mile every time I've asked for something. Even when taxi ripped me of, I complained and they called the taxi company and requested the refund, which I got. Duty manager Harun did a great job making my stay extremely nice. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!
