They provide a chauffeur service from Istanbul Airport in a luxury van for a reasonable rate. The hotel was in a beautiful position, close to the Istanbul Mall and a theme park. Their service and quality were excellent.

Quiet and friendly hotel with a 10 min walk to Istanbul Mall. We only had the buffet breakfast which was very good and plenty of choice.
Room was clean and large with free bottled water.
For dinner we tried the local restaurants in the area - which where amazing!
About 30 mins by car to the centre if you wanted to sightsee.
Highly recommend this hotel and having a walk round to eat local.

The rooms were hot like hell and AC was not on when we got to the hotel. One of the staff turned it on for us but it turned itself off in half an hour and as we were leaving Beth early in the morning we didn’t get time to get it fixed. It is horrible that offer a presidential suite but to save a few bucks, don’t turn on the AC. Room must have been over 30deg C.

The hotel was good. The workers are really friendly and helpful. The mall of istanbul is 10 minutes by foot away...thats the only thing what you can visit...unfortunately its really loud when you open the windows because of the traffic. But for the prices was everything really good.

Good breakfast and in principle friendly staff. However addressed issues do not seem to be followed up. Our rooms had multiple issues related to poor maintenance, aircon not working properly and e.g. door of room could not be locked properly. Also gym facilities were very disappointing and poorly maintained, some broken and during our stay most of the running equipment was turned off.

Absolutely loved my stay here with my family. Extremely clean facilities and polite staff. Staff was always on hand when needed.
Room service is extremely good.
Regular cleaning of rooms. Breakfast options were many. Delicious breakfast and dinners. Will definitely come back next time
