很棒的酒店，就是不含早，其他都很不错，有免费大巴来回往返机场和商场，很靠谱！去酒店的时候没赶上最后一班车，打车去花了30里拉。伊斯坦布尔出租车很坑的，表乱跳。能不打车就不要打车了。正题：酒店不错，帮我升级了单人间，超大超大

房間很超值，很高級，床很舒服，空間很乾淨，有免費機場接送，很方便

Great hotel

Ailemle 2 gün geçirdik herşey güzeldi teşekkürler.

Our stay was just okay, but it didn’t meet our expectations. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell in our room throughout our stay. Housekeeping was below average, and we felt the room could have been cleaned much better. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, but the overall quality and taste were just average. While the hotel was acceptable for our stay, it didn’t leave a positive enough impression for us to return. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t consider staying here again.

konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu, personel güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Konumu da ulaşım açısından avantajlı.İstanbul'da konaklayacak herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim

Havuza indiğimizde havuz bölümünde havluların kurutmaya gittiğini ve havlu veremeyeceklerini öğrendik Bu hiç hoş olmadı. Sonuçta 5 yıldızlı otele geliyoruz neymiş havlular yıkanmaya gitti bunu kabul edemeyiz. Ayrıca havuz fevkalade klor kokuyordu. Resmen burnumuz yandı. Havuzda herhangi bir yetkili yoktu çocuklar bağırış çağırıp suya atlıyorlardı .

Wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Metro entfernt. In der Nähe gibts es verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Essen.

I chose this hotel because it suited our situation, but unfortunately the same problem occurred during every stay. Every time we checked into our room, the first thing we had to do was inspect the bed sheets because they always had yellow stains or what appeared to be old blood stains that remained even after washing. We had to ask for the sheets to be replaced every single time, and this was usually done reluctantly. The most disappointing part happened during check-out on June 30, when the receptionist told me that the manager had said, “If you are not satisfied, why do you keep booking our hotel?” Instead of addressing a repeated housekeeping issue, this was the response we received. Another thing worth mentioning is that the manager regularly walks around the breakfast room asking guests to leave Google reviews while they are eating. In some cases, he even takes guests’ phones and helps them submit the reviews. This makes the large number of consecutive five-star Google reviews difficult to interpret as completely spontaneous. The hotel building itself is attractive and has great potential, but housekeeping standards need significant improvement. I also hope the owner considers hiring a more professional manager who focuses on resolving guest concerns rather than dismissing them.

Öncelikle resepsiyon görevlisi arkadaşa ve Müdire hanıma teşekkür ederim, otele girişte tarihte bazı sıkıntı yaşadık ama hemen yardımcı oldular ve sorun çözüldü. Temizlik bakımında çok güzel bir otel. Sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe ve taze seçenekleri çok. Otel çalışanları olması gerektiği gibi ilgililer. Toplu kullanım alanları çok güzel havuz ve çevresi. Odalar ışıl ışık yataklar harika rahat. Açıkcası performansı yüksek bir otel. Eski yorumlarda bazı olumsuz şeylerden bahsetmişler ama ben 1 tanesine bile tanık olmadım. Gerçek misafir ve kullanıcı yorumudur herkese tavsiye ederim.

Water is needed in main area to be accessible to guests all time. The AC unit wss not cooling enough.

It was very nice stay, Staff were helpful, Rooms were luxurious however a bit soundy easy to hear passers or door shutting. And hotel has waterboy whom comes every morning and supplies free drinking bottle water, he knocks every door in floor and if you forget put don’t disturb sign outside door he is with you…..in room early morning. Why? Breakfast: we all liked breakfast, lots of choices almost perfect however they need a bit work on hot buffet section (ie. Scramble eggs, menemen) and also traditional Turkish olives/feta cheese must have good one otherwise don’t display/offer any. We also had dinner in hotel which is ok, price are good too. Taxi is a bit problematic because they kind a price per person so they should have called hotel’s luxury transport (but it is not as driver came with his little son twice whom sits next to him. Assume he has childcare issues ) rather than taxi. For instance yellow cab 300TL for 4 ppl but hotel’s one for same distance for 4 ppl and 2 suitcase 1200TL So we discovered Metro (underground train) near by and quite happy to use it rest of the stay. Metro beats all Istanbul’s traffic / hot weather and very well air conditioned and much more cheaper. Overall it was good stay, as a Turkish person I want them to be better because they easily can
