Appears amazing but lots that needs doing- air con not working for example

Nous avons séjourné en famille à l’hôtel Trendy Lara à Antalya en avril 2026, avec mon conjoint et nos deux enfants, et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été impressionnés par la propreté irréprochable de l’établissement. Tout était parfaitement entretenu, que ce soit les chambres, les espaces communs ou les extérieurs. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : toujours souriant, attentionné et disponible, il a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. On se sent vraiment bien accueilli du début à la fin. Côté restauration, c’était un vrai plaisir au quotidien. La nourriture était vraiment très très bonne, variée et de grande qualité. Chacun a trouvé son bonheur, y compris nos enfants, ce qui est toujours un plus en voyage en famille. Le concept all inclusive est parfaitement maîtrisé : tout est pensé pour profiter pleinement sans se soucier de rien. C’est un vrai confort qui permet de se détendre totalement. En résumé, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour des vacances en famille réussies. Une expérience que nous n’hésiterions pas à renouveler !

Relaxing family holiday in this beautiful hotel, staying in a garden suite which offered peace and tranquility, whilst being able to step out into the liveliness of the main communal areas. Staff couldn’t do enough to help, food was amazing and service in the garden suite/villa areas was especially good. Would highly recommend.

The indoor pool was okay but not perfect; it opened at 8 am. We visited in April, and because there were many rainy days, the pool was very crowded. The staff was good, but I didn't like the design of the bar, and there wasn't much entertainment. Maybe it was because of the Easter timing; I'm not sure

Drinks and food some of the best we've experienced in the 6 years we've been coming to Antalya. Bathroom design for a family sharing one room excellent as WC seperate. Beds were comfy too. Staff friendly. Downsides for us were really cold outdoor pools even heated pool wasn't warm enough. The slides were only open 2 hours per day, even though we were told from 1/4 they go to summer programme they remained on winter schedule until 31/4 so this is quite misleading. Evening entertainment was very limited, and not enough places to sit indoors. Kids club was extremely basic and lacked security for signing children/out. Peanut allergy sufferers need to avoid this hotel as they serve peanuts and mixed nuts in every bar, and the shells are left all over tables/floor. Why they can't serve alternative snacks or limit to one bar is crazy! Building works going on from 6am -11pm immediately next to block C river side. We had to ask to move room, luckily management agreed, but wish they avoided putting people into this block wherever possible or offered discount/ forewarning. At the very least for those staying in block C they should turn the AC on early for that block so people don't neee their windows open when it's hot in the rooms then find themselves disturbed by noise and dust from the neighbouring building site. Beach sadly was a disappointment. Not Trendys fault, they've done the best they can with what beach they have, but it just didn't feel anywhere close to 5* standards.

Die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage waren sauber. Für Familien mit Kindern ist es gut geeignet. Sehr weitläufige Anlage mit viel Natur und Bâumen. Aber ich werde nicht wieder kommen. Ich hatte mehrere Anliegen, die ich auch vorort mehrmals angesprochen habe. Ich musste mich das erste Mal in einem Hotel beschweren. Daraufhin kam immer nur eine Entschuldigung sonst nichts.

Çok güzel temiz ve sakin bir yer dinlenmek için ideal ve çalışanlar çok iyi tavsiye ederim .

The hotel has activities for all ages from kiddies park and playing grounds, to sport areas, swimming pools both indoor and outdoor, to live band every night. The service is truly 5star

Tout le monde y trouvera son compte, suivant les nombreuses propositions à tous les niveaux. Personnel agréable et avenant, souvent souriant. Installations de qualité et entretenues.

The hotel itself was beautiful and the facilities were well-maintained, but I was quite disappointed with the level of customer service. The staff at the front desk were often unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving issues. In the restaurants, the waiters were slow to take orders, on occasions totally forgot to bring drinks and rarely checked in during meals, which made dining frustrating despite the nice food. Overall, the experience didn’t match the expectations for an all-inclusive resort, especially in terms of hospitality and service.

I expected more from Trendy Lara hotel. The location is far from shops and you have to get a taxi each time for €15. The dining options are repetitive and ALL the additional restaurants have a fee which expedia says it doesn't so the main one is always packed. The beach area isnt the nicest either. You have to get a boat to the area but they come every 5 minutes for your convenience. The rooms are given according to group size and not dependent on what ypu pay for. If you book a superior room they will either give you a double or single bed whilst it says you get both in the booking. They reserve these rooms for families. The room is more spacious but far distance from the lobby. There isnt much entertainment but the grounds are nice enough. The spa was another let down. I booked the full package but didnt feel like it was a great experience. Nice and okay but not great. The building is divided into 3 sections. I did appreciate that they have adult only areas for dining and bars. The carpets are dirty and stained in the family area. They should consider replacing them to make the hotel more luxurious. There's also ants in those rooms which the hotel staff seemed to be unbothered about. The cleaning staff came in the afternoon everyday. I even had to ask for the room to be cleaned on occasion because it just seems like they get round to it whenever. This is with the exception ofy checkout day. They were ready for us to get out and start cleaning from 10am.

Good selection of food in their buffet. Some meat options are over cooked. Informed their chef on site. Pool and Pool side bar is good. Large clean pool. Some minor repairs are necessary around property.. bottom of wall paper in bathrooms are coming off i.e. room#3424. Some broken tiles on floors leading to pool (easy repairs). Beach is not directly accessible from resort, everyone needs to jump on a pontoon boat to get to the other side of the river to access the beach..not a huge inconvenience 3-4 ride. Trash needs to be cleaned all around in the area getting on and off the pontoon boat.

The service was quite good,the food options was good however, dining at dinner was very busy and you had to wait in lines which was not ideal when dining with kids.

pros: - The food was varied and delicious, offering plenty of options for every taste. I would definitely recommend it. - The number of pools was sufficient, creating an ideal environment especially for families with children. - The aqua park and the number of sunbeds were more than enough, so we never had trouble finding a spot. - The animations and activities were designed for children, and we enjoyed them as a family. cons : - Unfortunately, the hotel staff were not friendly. From the reception to the restaurant, many employees seemed uninterested and unmotivated. - There was no service by the pool or at the beach, which I believe should be provided at a hotel of this level. - Stray dogs were roaming freely on the beach. While they seemed harmless, their presence was uncomfortable for some guests.

Lovely hotel great for kids and good food!

The service and people were nice, the food was delishes, but the aircondition in the loby and restaurants were bad. The worst thing was the insects on trees that were making terrible noises all day and night that it was so anoying that disturb each night sleep. Comapring the entertainment group with the hotel we were in last year also in Lara was not that efficient at all unfortunately. There were very little night activities kind of boaring actually.
