The Golden Tulip needs a good revamp. Seems like a tired hotel with stale music playing in lobby. Breakfast was quite sad with limited options and flies on food. Room seemed tired looking again. Good location but hotel needs a major burst of energy pumped back into kt.

The staff were great and very helpful . The room was ok however only one lift was working during our stay there so it was very inconveniencing especially for people on the upper floors .

One of the elevators was out and so the entire hotel was trying to use one. Also, the air conditioning doesn’t get as cold as other properties. It’s a nice place, but it’s about average for what you would expect

There are two aspects that could benefit from improvement: firstly, the receptionists could benefit from training to enhance their customer service and friendliness; and secondly, similar to other services, the gym hours could be extended until 11 pm.

This is a great property. I have stayed there a number of times and my.past experiences were great. I even turned down offers from higher rated properties. This trip I was unfortunate. My Room AC didn't work properly and the pillows were uncomfortable so i ended up with a pain in the neck
