Bath tub is a bit small and the internet is pretty unstable. You'd better have your own internet. The rest is all awesome. The location is great. Only 10-15 mins walk to Time Square and theatres. Staff are really helpful and friendly. I checked in on Apr 19 and the room unfortunately had a strong smoking smell, however the gentleman at the front desk helped me changed to another room immediately. I'd love to come back again.

Prime location, good value for money, great staff. The only issue was waiting for the lift which in some days was took more than 10 minutes

Clean Convenient

I think a lot depends on what your priorities are. This hotel was great for me because I really like having the kitchenette and really didn’t mind that it could use some beautifying and upgrading and isn’t in the absolute best part of town. It was clean and quiet and all the people were nice. They even gave me some snacks and water and a little piece of chocolate was in my room. I struggled a bit with some of the outlets, I had no view, snd there was a slight water leak in the refrigerator, but it was all manageable. They texted me several times to see if I needed anything. For the most part it was quite comfortable and I would stay there again.

Great location, with kitchen

O cofre não funcionava, e no meio da noite alguém abriu a porta do nosso quarto. Ao relatar na recepção, o funcionário explicou que deveria ter sido algum funcionário (como se isso fosse razoável). Precisamos colocar uma cadeira para nos sentirmos seguros durante a noite, já que a trava interna da porta estava desativada.

Property was a bit dated but the location is very convenient & accessible.
