Very convenience location in mid town. Good for business trip stays

It's a unique experience use machine to check in & out, but still need assist; front desk is good and 27th floor have a big place let guest take a cup of cofee and sit for relax. Only the air condition is too noisy others are good and convenient. Subway & train station is nearby walking distance 5 minutes around.

入住大廳比較狹小，但是有自動入住台，很方便。 房間有點小，地板有些小灰塵，但是整體而言是乾淨的。 洗衣房免費使用超級棒，是LG洗脫烘的洗衣機，還有免費的洗衣精和袋子可以使用。 還有一個小小的健身房☺️

The location is very conventinent

Price to value ratio was high, especially for NYC. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. The rooftop lounge with outside terrace is fabulous, with 24 hour coffee, tea, water, and sparkling water bar. In-room yoga channel and other thoughtful amenities helped us escape the noise and chaos of the city. Staff (Elias) were welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable.

The rooftop patio and lounge were great and the staff was very polite and inviting. On the last full day of our stay, the room was not serviced (new towels, empty trash, toilet paper) - and when reported, was told it would be done. Arriving back at the hotel late in the evening, no housekeeping of the room had been done. We ended up emptying our own trash and chasing down toilet paper and enough towels to use - very disappointing.

Staff helpful, room clean and modern

It was a great choice to make, so clean and ofc offering amazing coffee, and close to transportation, The only problem I had was with the heater at first night that was making lots of noises. But I would recommend it.

I was charged $100 USD when I checked in and as I understand was only for incidentals purposes, however that amount was never reimbursed to my credit card. I need that refund immediately

extremely good value for a room that was not too cramped. Being on the 6th floor it was noisy from traffic outside but with the A/C on, it mostly drowned it out. The hotel has free laundry and a coffee bar as well as a small fitness room. I would definitely recommend staying here if you don't need the luxury of five stars. The staff are super friendly and when I arrived early, the had a room for me at no extra charge. At the end of the stay, they were happy to watch my bags while I ran a last minute errand.

Malgré une réservation, pas de chambre a l'arrivé à l'hotel à NY. La reception m envoie à un autre hotel avec une chambre soit disant libre, mais arrivé là bas, pas de chambre non plus. Donc déplacement vers un autre, troisième, hôtel . Et tout ce cirque tard le soir. Franchement pas digne d une plateforme sérieuse. Il faudrait mieux choisir les hotels avec lesquels vous travaillez
