Price to value ratio was high, especially for NYC. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. The rooftop lounge with outside terrace is fabulous, with 24 hour coffee, tea, water, and sparkling water bar. In-room yoga channel and other thoughtful amenities helped us escape the noise and chaos of the city. Staff (Elias) were welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable.

The rooftop patio and lounge were great and the staff was very polite and inviting. On the last full day of our stay, the room was not serviced (new towels, empty trash, toilet paper) - and when reported, was told it would be done. Arriving back at the hotel late in the evening, no housekeeping of the room had been done. We ended up emptying our own trash and chasing down toilet paper and enough towels to use - very disappointing.

It was a great choice to make, so clean and ofc offering amazing coffee, and close to transportation, The only problem I had was with the heater at first night that was making lots of noises. But I would recommend it.

extremely good value for a room that was not too cramped. Being on the 6th floor it was noisy from traffic outside but with the A/C on, it mostly drowned it out. The hotel has free laundry and a coffee bar as well as a small fitness room. I would definitely recommend staying here if you don't need the luxury of five stars. The staff are super friendly and when I arrived early, the had a room for me at no extra charge. At the end of the stay, they were happy to watch my bags while I ran a last minute errand.

Great option for a mid-town Manhattan stay. The highlight is the incredible outdoor space with chairs and tables and an amazing view up and down Manhattan. There is also a large conference style room if you need to work. The rooms are small but nicely decorated, modern and have everything you need. The reception area is very small but is well staffed with very helpful, friendly employees. There was someone at the front door late at night to help with safety. Easy walk to Grand Central and any other mid-town location + on the corner of Lex so easy to catch a cab or uber downtown or walk over to Park to go uptown I I highly recommend this property.
