I loved the area first of all, so close to everything. The room was clean. The breakfast was a nice option and not bad choices. Loved the new smart elevators. Felt very secure and safe.

Excellent property with awesome location. I read reviews that were derogatory about the elevators and loud A/C. The elevators are state of the art and we never had any issues. We stayed 3 nights. The A/C is a little loud but it did not hinder our ability to sleep. We loved this hotel. The rooftop bar was also an added bonus. We did not try the breakfast so no comment on that. I think hotel management or even police could better manage the poachers out front trying to sell site seeing tours, shuttle rides etc. Do yourselves a favor and have all that prearranged so you don’t waste your time or risk getting scammed. We never had any problems getting a Lyft or Uber from this location. We really enjoyed our comfortable stay here, although it is pricey. But the price is expected in NYC and in this location.

Everything was clean and the staff was very professional. Great hotel. If you want to be close to the action on Times Square, location is great. If you want less stimulation, an area away from Times Square may be better.

Breakfast was very good. Tables were a little crowded with people, but we found a table each day. On Monday morning, being on the 11th floor and with many customers leaving, we had to wait for 10+ minutes, which included about 6 crowded elevators, before crowding into a crowdd elevator to descend to lobby, which was frustrating.

We were put in a strange corner on the 20th floor which had two door entry into our room. The 1st door brought us into a closet sized hallway which we shared with another room. Anytime the other room guests went in or out, both sets of doors slammed and shook our room. First day there they were doing construction on the room next to us, without warning. I called the front desk to see if we could be moved, but the employee had to check with a supervisor. Neither called me back. So unprofessional. They also kept construction cart and housekeeping cart/supplies outside our door the entire time we were there. Had to squeeze by most times.

This is a good hotel yet there are some issues. First is the elevator, very modern, yet very inefficient and even frustrating. The ice machine was broken on our floor, yet I could not go use the elevator to go another floor, system only allows access to your floor One day our floor screen was not working, and the only choice was to wait, and the stairs were not an option with a handicapped spouse. The climate control system is not good. It resets without activity, and the sensor points to the hall not the room, so it will reset while you in the room, like sleeping

The entry door to the room was difficult to open and appeared that the door might be warped from the frame. Just took a little pull to open but no big deal. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way but no big deal. The bed was amazing, the service was outstanding and the location was perfect. Overall I will be staying again in this location in the future.
