ペンシルベニア駅から徒歩6,7分で、どこに行くのも便利。5泊しましたが、ゆったりとした部屋で、ニューヨーク滞在を楽しむくことが出来ました。冷房庫は2ドアのサイズで、大きなペットボトルを何本も冷やすことができます。チェックイン時には日本語の注意書きをもらえました。屋上テラスからは展望台のエッジが見えます。 ニューヨークのホテルはどこも同じでしょうが、朝食はパンとフルーツがメインで野菜はありません。また、会場はキャパシティがギリギリで人がごった返しています。これは仕方のないことでしょう。 清掃は2日に1回のため、替えのタオルが欲しいときはフロントに連絡が必要ですが、連絡すれば確実に届きます。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもオッケーでした。

The lobby was dirty. The bathroom door handle was broken. The coffee tasted like the pot had not been cleaned. They charged $30 per hour for early check-in which led to overcrowded lobby. Clear the property needed an update.

Hotel was fine as far as a homewood goes, the breakfast having good variety was a plus. My room was not ready well past check in, around 6pm they were calling around trying to find a room for us

I liked the rooms, very clean and spacious. Area was pretty bad, definitely dont want to walk on the street at night time. Annoyed that they put off my check-in time every 20 mins so I didnt get into my room until after 430.

Pros: Loved the breakfast options each morning. Free coffee and water all day is a plus. Fast check-in and check-out. Free bag check in case room isn't ready. Parking available down same side of street. All staff members encountered were friendly. Rooftop area clean and peaceful. Spacious, clean room with floor to ceiling windows. Hotel is walking distance to a variety of things in midtown: Empire State Building, Hudson Yards, Times Square, MSG, Macy's. Cons: Noises within room (refrigerator and vent high pitch squeal and vibrating).
