Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable— small, but it’s NYC and you won’t spend a lot of time in your room. Even though it’s very close to Times Square, our room was very quiet. There’s a complimentary wine reception every Tuesday and Friday. 5-6pm.
I’d stay here again.

The location is great, right next to Times Square. The hotel is old, and the most uncomfortable thing is the air conditioning, which is too noisy and makes it impossible to sleep. I can only turn off the air conditioning and sleep in the heat.

The staff was phenomenal. The room was okay. The noise was awful. No noise proofing - we slept on the second floor and the honking and noise kept us up all night. I have stayed in Times Square before and expect noise, but other hotels have done more to sound proof. This was so loud we barely slept. But we loved the breakfast option and again, the staff was so wonderful. Location is amazing.

We were supposed to be able to check in at 3 pm. We were there at 250 pm. The room was not ready until 430 pm. The beds were the most uncomfortable thing that I have ever slept in. The only great thing about the hotel was the locy

Our signature terrace room was not available on the first night. But the issue was, the next day we had to check out of room, queue up to check out, store our luggage then check back in at 3pm to our signature room, more queuing !!
Ruined our first day to be honest. Couldn’t plan anything.

The room was not as big or as new as it looked in the pictures and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, the kids were sleeping in an inclined position, heads down and feet up. The rooms need a renovation.

Our stay was during August so it was hot! Our only disappointment was the VERY noisy AC unit right next to the bed. So we couldn’t keep it on during the night. We tried to leave it on during the day to cool the room down but housekeeping would turn it off or up so the room wasn’t cool on our return.
