Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable— small, but it’s NYC and you won’t spend a lot of time in your room. Even though it’s very close to Times Square, our room was very quiet. There’s a complimentary wine reception every Tuesday and Friday. 5-6pm. I’d stay here again.

its a beautiful hotel and walkable to broadway shows, only half a block from time square. the in house restaurants are amazing especially Bond45. Staff were amazing and 6huge elevators are huge plus.
