The experience was excellent from the check in and check out. The staff are very attentive and helpful , Their customer service is way better than any 5 star Hotel we stayed . We will come back again to this Hotel. Thanks to Christina, Oswaldo from the front desk and the housekeeping crew. This is such a memorable stay in New York.

Clean and convenient property in midtown 2 blocks from Empire State Building. Easy walk to everything. Lobby is much smaller than it appears in the photos. Long wait for elevators. The hotel itself is fine. Not a luxury hotel.

The room had a terrace which we never used. But the issues we had was the room was tiny. No space for large suitcases and bathroom where shower was located did not have a door.
