地理位置很好，很方便附近就有地鐵站，拐個彎就到時代廣場，鄰近有很多吃的餐廳選項，缺點就是房間太小，但我們也是只有晚上回去睡覺的功能，房務清潔人員打掃盡責，第一天忘記給小費，所以沒有付瓶裝水和餅乾，第二天開始有附小費就有瓶裝水和餅乾，飯店的炸薯條超級好吃，如果有需要機場接送服務比在KKday上購買便宜

The attitude towards me (Asian) and other white customers is clearly very different. Makes me very uncomfortable and ruined my stays. First thing, do not trust the hotel’s response and waste your time on replying to the by phone. I saw their reply to my review requiring more information, so I called them at the provided number but the person who answered just simply disappeared after I spelled my name to her. Definitely not respectful. And you can feel they don’t care about the reviews. Second thing, more details on the attitude thing. I arrived at the hotel for check in and a male receptionist assisted me. I saw how he treated other white customers with big smiles and very patient and very passionate. However, he was not very happy in face when he talked with me. And he did several things that make me very uncomfortable: 1. Never explained how to use ‘destination fee’ to me. I heard some pieces of information about it when he and other receptionists talked with other customers and asked another receptionist next day for more details such that I can use my $30. 2. When he explained how to use the elevator to me, he kept asking if I have questions about the elevator even after I told him I understood and have no questions. He treated me as if I was an idiot. Rude and disrespectful. 3. His happy face( towards another two white customers) changed at the first second when he started to talk with me. It's definitely not my duty to tolerate his attitude.

Excellent location, just one street next to my Broadway show theatre. I love the hip design. The staff are friendly and the restaurant worth trying. The stay there definitely perfect my trip to NY

Overall a good experience with modern and new interior and enjoy the lobby design so much. It's a warm and cosy style. Close to Time Square which is quite covenenient if u travel around. Cons are the screens/monitors can be quite bright even u closed the bind. Shower water is not hot enough. Other than that the bad , beddings and television version are all good.

Super convenient location in Times Square, really close to mass transit. The room was small but perfect just for myself for just a 3 night stay! The restaurant and bar were great as well.

Det var et fint hotell. Det var stille og rolig. Gode senger. Fikk gratis vann hver dag. Du gikk bare ned gata så var du i Times Square. 1 min å gå. Kunne sette fra deg kofferten hvis du kom før innskjekk. Du kunne bestille transport fra hotellet til flyplassen. Kan anbefales.

The staff were amazing - super friendly and charming. The location is quite good too, right between Times Square and Rockafeller Plaza.

Honestly I didn't have high expectations based on description but exceeded expectations! Clean, neat and modern, excellent location and front desk staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful!

Great location in Times Square. My room was the perfect size for a solo trip. If I had another person with me, I would have needed to select a larger room. But it was perfect for my needs!

Probably one of the best located hotels I’ve been to in NYC. Very modern and I love the aesthetic and the view of the city is okay. One of the worst things about this hotel is the AC unit. This thing is so obnoxiously loud… and it starts maybe around every 10m
