When we arrived, the staff gave us a warm welcome. The room was big and clean, with all the essentials. There's not much traffic nearby, so it's also quiet. Overall, I love it.

酒店所在的Addison区域在达拉斯属于较好的社区，周边生活设施齐全，交通便利；每年的独立日前晚在该区域有特技飞行表演和烟花表演；酒店配套较好，有锅碗瓢盆刀叉，电磁炉、洗碗机等，可自己做饭。周一至周三晚酒店提供免费晚餐。美中不足的是，由于房屋设计的空调机位缺陷，造成噪音偏大，这一点可能是由于我个人对于声音较为敏感。

很不錯的飯店，房間很大，很舒適，吃東西走路就會到！

The front staff are very rude. 2 incidences by 2 different staff: In 1 case, housekeeping were knocking when I’d extended my stay & had do not disturb sign up. It’s hard for me to come to the door due to pain & disability & heart issues. I said that the maid was there & reminded them of my stay. The guy was really rude & arrogantly said, “Maid? We don’t have maids.” He then stopped right there & when I said she’s outside right now he rudely and in a smart-ass tone said, “That’s housekeeping not a maid.” Um, okay. I’m sorry I didn’t realize that huge of a difference existed and that it required complete and utter rudeness and condescension. He was rude & condescending every time he answered the phone. Another staff member was equally rude & refused to help me when I ordered groceries on doordash & they came to the front instead of following the directions in the app directing them to the entrance of my building. I said that they didn’t follow directions in the app, it was important that she tell them to look at directions in app. I couldn’t get an entire grocery order back to my room as I am. She refused & told them I wouldn’t tell her which B entrance, as directions to the correct door was in the app. We had to retrieve all groceries despite disability and pain. elevator was broken & missed a Dr appt. as I can’t use stairs. They don’t care if you’re disabled and do little to make sure you’re in correct accommodations even if you come in with a wheelchair and/or cane.

The only issues I had was that the tub in the cleaning crew could do a better job in cleaning the tubs in the rooms. Also, this establishment should definitely look into putting up AUTOMATIC AIR FRESHENERS up and down the hallways on every floor. The hallways did have a bad odor at times. Air fresheners would solve that problem. Other than that, this hotel is ok with me

Checked in at 6:30 pm Saturday, fine. Saw obvious hair on appeared used sheets. At approximately 11:30 pm returned to room and bedroom tv did not work “no satellite”. Called front desk and was told a repair was scheduled for Monday. If that’s the case I should’ve been given notice with option to different room at check-in & during late nite call to the least. Heard ppl arguing outside of my room #126 bldg B after midnite. Pillows small, hard & flat so no rest for one nite stay. Couldn’t even angle for comfort sleep. Hopefully no general political response is given.

The area was very convenient, good price for the value.

Pleasantly surprised with the breakfast selection, and it was edible. Hot and flavored. Room was clean and orderly.

The lady who checked me in was amazing!

Front desk ladies were so helpful. Loved my stay here-however lol- if I’m being snobby, they need to update their batteries in their TV remotes. But that’s my only complaint. I would 10000% stay here again..

Place was comfy but needs updating. Loved the space. Killed a few spiders but nothing crazy. Room would smell like weed in the middle of the night. Elevator was broken for a few days of our stay and we were so far away from it we didn't realize it was back. Never tried breakfast because we were so far and it was too hot to make it worth the walk.

Great place to stay! Rooms very clean. Very convenient and easy access to good restaurants, gyms, and shopping.
