I just stayed there for 8 days, the location is perfect as my key objective for this trip is to watch many Broadways, it's just a few mins walk over there. The hotel is apparently new, contemporary, service is good, everyone is super nice and friendly. No kettle or slippers prepared in the room but you can ask for it, if you needed.

I couldn't checkin to my room 14 minutes earlier. I waited in lobby for hours which is fine, it was too early. But they had plenty of time to get the room available "a littler sooner". had an important meeting at 4, I needed to settle in in the room. I was given an attitude and lecture at the lobby saying checkin time is 4pm which I already knew. Asking to get into the room 14 minutes earlier was too much to ask.
