The location is fine, but facility is a bit old. Also I was assigned to accesible toilet, where there is no toilet cover, feel so bad about it. The hand held sprinkler also did not has much water coming out, not sure if it needs some maintenance or not. Generally the staff is nice, it is the hardware (facility) need to upgrade.

The property is in a rundown condition. The restaurant service was terrible specially at breakfast time. I would never stay there again.

Property was good, staff courteous and professional. Travelocity messed up the prepaid reservation and I had to pay the full price when I arrived. Won’t be using again!

Amazing stay! Clean, amazing location and friendly staff. So thankful for our stay. Walking and monorail travels to everything. Super easy to get from the airport as well. My only suggestion is more staff for check-in. I was fine, but lots of impatient people behind us. We stayed before our cruise and after and both times long lines with only one person checking guest in.

Mandatory destination fee added at check in! Destination fee provides a $20 credit for dining and some other discounts but since we hadn’t planned on extra fees this was an added expense. The mattress in our room was a king and my husband and I kept rolling to the center, typically indicative of a breaking down mattress that needs to be replaced. Since we were forced to pay the destination fee we decided to have breakfast at the hotel; the description of the food was more elaborate than the food itself. My husband’s French toast didn’t feature the mascarpone cream that was listed on the website for room service and was very underwhelming for the price.

We spent our wedding night at the Westin and everyone was wonderful. Thank you for be a part of our celebration.
