清潔度不佳，蚊蟲很多，跳蚤咬的我全身，熱水不熱

The staff were lovely and the food was very good. Even though it was monsoon weather , some days were sunny. The tropical gardens were beautiful.

Traumhafte und ruhige Unterkunft. 15 min zu Fuß entfernt vom nächsten ort mit restaurants. Paradiesischer strand. Hätten gern noch länger dort Zeit verbracht. Unterkunft ist schon etwas älter, jedoch daher noch ursprünglicher und nicht wie manch anderes Resort. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Well maintained, great amenities, not to big, great beach

This is our second time here with our family of three. We’ve been expats for 13 years and is the only vacation stay we have repeated. We have plans to come back next year. It’s a place for anyone but perfect for families with kids being the restaurant, pool, beach, and rooms are all steps away. The staff is lovely too.

The food and beach are fantastic

A beautiful resort with private beach. Very peaceful The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Although mattress a liitle old.Limited breakfast but cooked fresh to your liking. Staff are wonderful and very friendly. Is located out of main area, we hired motorbike for $9 aud per day which made sight seeing easy. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful, quiet location on the beach. The grounds are amazing. The beach is clean. The pool is refreshing. Lounge chairs in the shade of palm trees. Short walk or bike ride into the village with a few restaurant.

Amazing place to stay in Phu Quoc! The beach and the views are incredible, so quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is lovely, lots of choices and they alternate each day. Great options for lunch and dinner as well as drinks. Staff always go the extra mile to make sure you are 110% happy with your stay. I lost one of my AirPods without realising, they posted it to me in Hanoi with a few days, free of charge, absolutely amazing!

Underbar resort " off the path " med en härlig privat sandstrand med ren, fin sand och perfekt havsbotten. Vi bodde i ett trebädds rum med relativt avskild stor balkong som även hade stor torkställning och bekväma rejäla ute möbler. Rummet var rent och stort med bra avställningsytor för väskor. Badrummet kunde fått vara lite större och det enda negativa var att duschmunstycket inte fungerade som det skulle. Resorten i sig ligger inbäddad i stor grönska och för den som har svårigheter att förflytta sig kan det vara bra att känna till att det är många trappor och ojämna stenar då hotellet ligger mot ett berg. Bör tilläggas att det är långt till butiker och restauranger om du inte har motorcykel. Frukosten var helt okej, det mesta man önskar finns. Restaurangen serverade bra mat i mitt tycke men framför allt så är det servicepersonalen som gör att man gärna vill äta där. All personal vi mötte på resorten var fantastisk vänliga och gulliga. Pratade bra engelska och det verkar som att de är stolta över sin arbetsplats vilket avspeglas mot gästerna. Det enda negativa för min del var att hotellet var nästintill fullbokat de 2 nätter vi var där vilket gjorde det svårt att få en solstol med skugga på stranden. Har man inga problem med att det är mycket folk så är hotellet i sig fantastiskt mysigt!

Paradise! Everything was perfect, the location, the room (the deluxe room was new), the sea (reef was great for snorkeling), the extensive breakfast. Only one downside: that we had to leave.

Probably the most beautiful place we've stayed at. The place is so calm and secluded, you will feel like you are on a private beach with a few likeminded travelers. The service was exceptional, they were so warm, welcoming and very attentive. We would also like to specially give a cudos to the gardener which has done a terrific job with the place! Also - Breakfast is amazing

Very nice private beach. Staff was very friendly and service excellent. Breakfast is average and dinner on the expensive side. You can however rent a scooter to get around the island. Free bicycles are also available

Quiet restful and relaxing in a beautiful location. Our ocean villa location was close to sunbeds and beach. Infinity pool was heaven, just the right size, well maintained and perfect temperature. Has a full body massage which was first class. All of the staff were helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to please. Food in the restaurant was fantastic. Fresh local ingredients, well presented and good value. A special thank you to Hing for looking after us so well and making our last night so special. Thank you also to the Manager, Miss Ngan for arranging our room change and ensuring our comfort. Our expectations of Acarine Beach Resort were exceeded. Will definitely be returning.
