I had a pleasant stay and all the staff are wonderful. The only negative comment I would like to have is they are taking more then 30days to credit my nights into Expedia and when I reach out they kept silent and don’t reply at all. So I guess they only take care of you during the actual stay, once checked out, I feel worthless to them and they don’t event bother to reply

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated right next to the Opera House. However, my colleagues and I found the room soundproofing to be inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. We often heard street noise, especially during the busy afternoon and evening traffic. Additionally, there were concerns about privacy. Our rooms were opened solely for the purpose of placing a notice about a fire drill practice. On one occasion, a colleague was in the washroom when staff knocked on the door and then entered after 20 seconds. This kind of privacy intrusion is surprising, especially for a 5-star hotel. Another colleague indicated that he only activated the Do-Not-Disturb sign on one day of our stay, but security and the staff manager still entered his room while he was meeting with me in mine. Such actions are not appropriate and violate the expectation of privacy that guests should have.

the location is super convenient, and the service of reception is the best. Only 2 things made this trip a little bit not that perfect. first one was the guests who stayed in the room 1609 talking loudly even after midnight. I could hear them clearly through the door between 2 rooms. Second one was the left side of the bed collapsed. otherwise this would be a perfect experience of staying.

One of the best located properties for exploring Saigon. Recently renovated. Great amenities and wonderfully attentive staff!

Clean room and great staff in a busy area of HCMC

The staff was fantastic, always helpful and courteous. The rooms were kept very clean. The hotel was in a great location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

My stay was great except for one small issue with a couple gossipy breakfast staff cook and assistants who made my wife feel uncomfortable to the point that my wife spoke to superior and said something.

We stayed here for nine nights during Lunar New Year and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, the room was spotless, the seafood buffet was amazing, and the staff were exceptionally professional. We would stay here again.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is probably the location. Very close to many central places in HCM. I got a room at a high floor with great view. There is also a pool, but limited time with sun there. Breakfast was nice, and not overcrowded (February 2026). Friendly staff, and I got a very early check-in (highly appreciated). No issues here, and would recommend it.

The Caravelle Saigon exceeded our expectations! Our Opera King room was beautiful. We really enjoyed the fitness Center and the pool area. Our favorite was the seafood buffet! We’d highly recommend and would definitely stay here again 😃
