The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were willing to recommend Vietnamese restaurants and make booking for us. They were also caring to offer travel advice to customers. Besides, the hotel provides a wide variety of breakfast to choose from. Would like to stay in the same place if I visit again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Grand Hotel du Lac Hanoi. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay. We had a mocktail at the sky bar and it was very delicious. Forgot what it’s called but it has dragon fruit, mango with hibiscus tea.

今回は3泊のステイでした。雰囲気もよくスタッフの方もフレンドリー、とても快適に過ごすことができました！お部屋はストリートビューのタイプで、バスタブのある部屋をアレンジしてもらいました。朝食も色々種類があってよかった，ロケーションも旧市街地の教会のすぐ近くで，食事などもとても便利でした！

在這邊住宿的感覺非常的不錯，從一進到大廳接待人員就非常客氣的接待，房間舒適，但是有些房間可能不太適合打開大的行李箱，那如果要辦公的話可能也稍稍不適合，因為這裡的配置不太適合辦公，房間乾淨且地理環境非常的無懈可擊，但我們check out之後呢店裡的人員也很親切的送我們上車然後也送我們一些伴手禮，我覺得這是蠻貼心的地方。

全新的精品酒店，房間設計優雅。白色的牆身使房間看上去更寬敞及光猛。地理位置極佳鄰近Catherdal, 附近有不少的coffee shops, 商店及食肆。第一天餐廳早餐的食物質素強差人意，向酒店反映後，第二日的早餐明顯有進步。酒店經理Jack 對工作充滿熱誠，獲悉我們對早餐的食物質素有意見後，隨即親力親為去跟進外，更提供很好及貼身的服務，令我們感到被重視。認真的服務態度實在值得稱讚。
