Hanoi 3B Hotel

Arrived 2 am checking in room it was dusty and dirty. The show head full hard water and water flow slow, the front door lock weak. I request for refund especially this was our first time in hanoi with my family and child. Totally disappointed.

ทำเลดี พนักงานพูดจาดี แต่เจ้าเล่ห์ ขายทัวร์แพงมาก ห้องพักเล็กกว่าที่จองเอาไว้มาก พัก 3 คน จองไว้ 35 ตรม ได้ห้อง 20 ตรม. มั้ง โรงแรมยืนยันว่าเป็นห้องใหญ่ที่สุดแล้ว อึ้งเลย อาหารเช้าก็ไม่ดี มีแค่ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเฝอ รสจืดสนิท กับข้าวผัดชืดๆให้กิน + ผลไม้นิดหน่อย

Nhìn chung là khá, riêng vị trí 3B Hotel ngay giữa phố cổ Hà Nội rất tiện cho du khách tham quan, khám phá phố cổ cả ngày và đêm.

Phòng ốc dịch vụ nhân viên rất ok và thân thiệt. Ra Hà nội lần sau sẽ gé ở khách sạn này

All the needed facilities are there highly recommended

Great for a 2 star hotel all the facilities you need is there just the receptionist have to be honest about the rate to airport

- Staff: extremely nice and helpful, we know lots of suggestions for where to go and buy souvenirs. - Room: the room is small with no soundproof. It 's somehow uncomfortable for a nice sleep at night. - Location: the hotel is located at the heart of the ancient town, quite convenient to visit around the town, go to Hoan Kiem lake and enjoy local meals - Offer bike rental at 100,000 per day - I stayed there on 24 Dec, therefore got a surprise gift from the hotel (cool).

4* phòng sạch, cũng khá gần trung tâm, nhiều đồ ăn. Nhân viên chu đáo nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Đồ ăn sáng cũng ổn. Sẽ quay lại nếu co dịp.

酒店位于市中心，出行十分方便，工作人员友好热情，房间总是很干净。

Got upgraded from standard room to a deluxe room with balcony view as they were fixing air con so that we didn't have to wait for check in, which was great. Attentive staff, reception called to make sure our bags were delivered to the room. Tour package price is the same as other companies. Can order noodles, omelette, scrambled eggs cooked on the spot for breakfast. Would definitely come back again for the warm hospitality

All of the hotel's staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was limited but more than enough to fill you up. Right in the middle of old quarter, walking distance to makers, bars, and sights. Easy booking of tours through the hotel as well.

房间干净整洁。酒店工作人员非常热情友好。距离旅游景点很近，非常放松。我还想再回去。

Nice and clean room. The transport and tour package offered are more expensive than other tour company.

Good Location and good service

The room price was very affordable, the rooms was clean and comfortable. I booked 3 room standard double room and one of my room has been upgraded to deluxe double room which was very spacious! The hotel was surrounds by a lot of eatery place, like New Day restaurant, Xoi Yen, Giang Cafe and around 5 min walk to Bia Hoi Corner. Highly recommended!
