Hanoi 3B Hotel

Arrived 2 am checking in room it was dusty and dirty. The show head full hard water and water flow slow, the front door lock weak. I request for refund especially this was our first time in hanoi with my family and child. Totally disappointed.

Good location. The staff spoke good, but cunning. Tour sales were very expensive. The room is much smaller than the one booked. Stay for 3 people. Booked for 35 sqm. The room is 20 sqm. The hotel insists that it is the largest room. There are only tasteless pho noodles with fried rice, and so hard to eat + a little fruit.

Overall, the location of 3B Hotel in the middle of Hanoi old town is very convenient for visitors to explore the old town all day and night.

Room service staff is very ok and friendly. Going to Hanoi next time will be staying at this hotel

Great for a 2 star hotel all the facilities you need is there just the receptionist have to be honest about the rate to airport

- Staff: extremely nice and helpful, we know lots of suggestions for where to go and buy souvenirs. - Room: the room is small with no soundproof. It 's somehow uncomfortable for a nice sleep at night. - Location: the hotel is located at the heart of the ancient town, quite convenient to visit around the town, go to Hoan Kiem lake and enjoy local meals - Offer bike rental at 100,000 per day - I stayed there on 24 Dec, therefore got a surprise gift from the hotel (cool).

4 * clean room, also quite near the center, plenty of food. Staff are enthusiastic, friendly. Breakfast is good too. Will return if the occasion.

Got upgraded from standard room to a deluxe room with balcony view as they were fixing air con so that we didn't have to wait for check in, which was great. Attentive staff, reception called to make sure our bags were delivered to the room. Tour package price is the same as other companies. Can order noodles, omelette, scrambled eggs cooked on the spot for breakfast. Would definitely come back again for the warm hospitality

All of the hotel's staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was limited but more than enough to fill you up. Right in the middle of old quarter, walking distance to makers, bars, and sights. Easy booking of tours through the hotel as well.

Clean room Hotel staff are very friendly, very close to the tourist back to relax again.

Good Location and good service

The room price was very affordable, the rooms was clean and comfortable. I booked 3 room standard double room and one of my room has been upgraded to deluxe double room which was very spacious! The hotel was surrounds by a lot of eatery place, like New Day restaurant, Xoi Yen, Giang Cafe and around 5 min walk to Bia Hoi Corner. Highly recommended!
