We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.

Very friendly and helpful Staff. It was a very comfortable stay and felt like at home.We also booked our day trips to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay with the hotel where they gave us good discounts and tour services were excellent. The location of the hotel is the best where everything is nearby. Would love to stay at this hotel again if we visit Hanoi next time.

The facilities and location were wonderful for someone entirely new to Hanoi. The hotel was very accommodating for travelers. Friendly and helpful staffs. Anna at front desk is always smiley and gave tips on food and places to go. We were pleased with breakfast choices made upon ordering and the setup of fruits platter and juice! Rooms are tidied timely as well.

Our second stay at the property (it was so lovely the first time we wanted to return). The staff were again wonderful and so friendly. They all take so much pride in making sure that every guest is happy and are always on hand to help. The location is perfect in the middle of the Old Town yet the room was quiet at night. We would recommend this small, personal hotel to anyone wanting a stay in Hanoi Old Town and I feel that the nightly room rate is very reasonable.

1，我哋因為航班的問題， 七點才check-in，去到的時候，酒店通知我們其中一間房沒有冷氣，因為當晚客滿，沒有其他房可以給我們，要我們去別的酒店站住一晚，心裏滿是不高興
2，這間酒店沒有提供早餐，如需要早餐的話要去別的酒店（聲稱係姊妹店，但係真係好唔方便）

Walking distance to nearby local street food, restaurant and also the ho kiem lake. Even located in the busy street, but the hotel is surprisingly quiet where i stay at 2nd floor. Serve good breakfast with omelette, pho, fruit, bread, light salad, and few dishes that different in everyday. Clean hotel with everyday room cleaning services.
