Hotel staff very attentive, welcoming and competent. We were very well received. On arrival we were toasted with a refreshing juice to soothe the heat. The employees are very cordial, welcoming us every walk back always with a friendly smile.
Clean and pleasant environment, decorated with fresh and beautiful flowers.
We feel at home.
We love the breakfast, served with variety and abundance. Congratulations to everyone!!!! We love!!!

Everything about this hotel works perfectly. The location, rooms, staff and food are exactly right. The manager, Alex, is happy to "go the extra mile" to make sure that you have what you need and that you're well looked after. His team is friendly, helpful and all seem to be very happy. This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel, and it won't be my last. Location-wise, you are in easy reach of Hoan Kiem lake, good eating places and, if you're feeling brave, the train street.
I just need to say and extra 'thank you' to Alex. I don't think the word 'no' is in his vocabulary and this attitude just takes the stress out of business travel in Hanoi. When a promised delivery failed to arrive, it was Alex who go on the phone to DHL to find out what was happening and then made sure that when it did eventually appear it was sent on to my next hotel in HCMC. Exceptional service.
Sure, you can stay in grander hotels in Hanoi, but you can't get much better!

Our room is quite spacious, super comfy, and clean. All the staff are super welcoming and detail-oriented. Their chech-in counters are 24 hours and they listen carefully to what you need and always meet ours. For example, our first night in Hanoi was pouring down pretty hard, and our shirts and shorts were totally wet and dirty, but they did our laundry and returned to us with them folded nicely, which I really like. They even let us deposit our luggages for free when we are exploring Ha Long Bay. Plus, the location is right at the center of tourists' attractions, which making it a really nice place to crush while exploring Hanoi. Definitly worth the stays!

Also, the front desk staff gently said, 'Should I pick you up from the airport? Did you have breakfast?" They treat me like a family, so I feel so warm that I don't want to go home.
And the breakfast buffet at the hotel was very good, with pho and fruit. Exceeded expectations. This is a hotel that I would like to Recommendation to all first time visitors to Vietnam and repeat visitors. Thank you very much.

The room was comfortable, looked just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were super nice! Helped me with laundry request, change the date of the reservation and printing boarding passes. My only issue that i had is that breakfast is at a nearby place but food was not being replenished and also the bakery items had some growth inside. So we decided not to have breakfast for the remaining of the days

This is my 2nd night at this hotel after a trip to the NorthWest of Vietnam. I was upgraded to a nice room with a large balcony. Large bed, firm mattress, small fridge, clean, nice, and well designed bathroom, good WiFi, tv (I can't use it to watch YouTube though), elevator free storage of luggage when I was traveling to the NortWest that I appreciate very much, free breakfast with basic food and drink. The staff even offered to let my room key inside to keep the room cool when I was out as the outside is pretty hot and humid. The only downside is that the electrical oitlers are hidden by the furniture.

Great location as the hotel is located in the old quarter within 15 minutes walking distance to food outlets, shopping as well as local attractions such as Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street, Dong Xuan Market etc. The hotel staff especially Anna, Angela & Da are very helpful & happy to recommend good places to dine at. Hotel is rather old but reasonably clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good with a selection of local fruits.
